The Alkaline diet is here to stay; it has helped many people with conditions that have not been improved with traditional medication. Clinical results have also shown that long-term use of the Alkaline diet, can reduce or reverse the effects of severe allergies, eczema, and diabetes, to the extent that medication is dramatically reduced or stopped altogether. Tests have also proven that as the blood is fully oxygenated and able to flow freely around the body and brain, this can lead to improved results of people with Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s. A reduced chance of heart disease can also be achieved.

As the diet consists of mainly fruits and vegetables, your body will now be receiving plenty of nutrients, vitamins, high fiber additions and antioxidants. The toxins will be flushed from your system, and the body will become detoxified without any risk of toxic build up re-occurring.
