About 200 people attended the service in Douglas which included a montage of childhood photographs set to his favorite Backstreet Boys song.
All those who attended the service at St Ninian’s Church followed his family’s wishes to wear blue.
Stuart Baggs, an entrepreneur from Plymouth, died following an asthma attack last month.
Rosemary Baggs said: “We didn’t want people to wear black – Stuart wouldn’t have wanted that.
“His favorite color was blue so it seemed fitting.”
