Honey Boo Boo’s sister Anna Chickadee gets engaged in redneck style

Honey Boo Boo’s big sister Anna “Chickadee” got engaged in “redneck style”.

Anna Shannon’s boyfriend, Michael, managed to ask her in a way that was not only unique and unforgettable, but also extremely personal and romantic.

The romantic moment came after Michael, Anna’s boyfriend of one year, secretly asked her parents for her hand in marriage.

Michael served up one steaming hot “redneck proposal” complete with a “Marry Me?” (spelled in pepperoni) pizza and group of dancing hillbillies.

The proposal, which took place on New Year’s Eve, didn’t come as a surprise to the entire family.

“Her and Kaitlyn… I love them with all my heart,” Michael said, referring to Anna and her one-year-old daughter.

“I wouldn’t trade them for nothing.”

When it came time for the life-changing moment, Honey Boo Boo’s family and all their friends danced for the soon-to-be-married sister, creating a path for Michael and Kaitlyn so they could walk down to Anna.

Michael then got down on one knee and opened the pizza box.

“Will you marry me, Anna?” Michael said.

“I think I’m gonna cry” Anna said, which was followed by a “yes”.

Anna “Chickadee” smooched her new fiancé as he slipped the engagement ring on her finger.

Keeping up with the “redneck proposal” theme, Michael even managed to snag camouflage bling.
