His bandmate Brian Kelley tells TasteofCountry.com that Tyler Hubbard fell short on a jump and subsequently injured his back.
The singer was left in excruciating pain, which led him to visit two chiropractors and even make a trip to hospital for further treatment.
As a result, Florida Georgia Line had to scrap its gig in Nashville on Tuesday so ailing Tyler Hubbard could recuperate.
