Justin Bieber accepts Annalysha Brown-Rafanan’s marriage proposal

Justin Bieber broke the Make-A-Wish Foundation record by granting its 200th wish after spending time with sick 8-year-old fan Annalysha Brown-Rafanan and accepting her marriage proposal.

Justin Bieber, 19, met Atlanta born Annalysha Brown-Rafanan, who is suffering from a life threatening liver condition, over the weekend in conjunction with the charity.

Annalysha Brown-Rafanan was greeted on Christmas Day 2012 with the news that she would get to meet Justin Bieber and attend his concert in Atlanta on August 10, so it’s been a long time coming.

“Justin Bieber makes her happy. And through all her illness and poking and all that, it just takes away from <<I’m sick>>,” said Annalysha’s mother, Contrina Brown.

“This is what it is about. Thanks,” Justin Bieber Tweeted to Make-A-Wish Foundation.

“Honored yesterday. one of the best moments ive ever had. thank u. looking forward to doing more together. thanks.”

Justin Bieber is well overdue a smattering of good press after a flurry of detrimental tidbits.
