Heavily pregnant Kim Kardashian went for relaxed comfort instead of her usual tight-fitting glamour on a lunch date with a friend.

Kim Kardashian, 32, was seen stepping out of Mr. C restaurant with her friend Brittney Gastineau, wearing a body-skimmimg striped maxi-dress.

Just recently Kim Kardashian has been seen in far tighter outfits, displaying her ample cleavage, while filming for her reality show.

So perhaps it was a day off for the reality star, who could finally put her feet up and relax over lunch.

The restaurant that Kim Kardashian chose specializes in Italian dishes including pizzas and grilled meats.

Kim Kardashian has admitted that apart from eating carrots and celery with ranch dressing, she hasn’t had many strange pregnancy cravings.

She told Extra: “I’m waiting for the moments when someone’s like, <<Let’s go to McDonald’s and Taco Bell!>>.

“That’s not happening for me and I’m kind of sad about it.”

Kim Kardashian added: “It wouldn’t even bother me if I gained all the weight. And I have the biggest sweet tooth and I love junk food. Being pregnant I don’t like any of it.”

She stepped out as boyfriend Kanye West celebrated his 36th birthday in New York.

While Beyonce and Jay-Z were on hand at the party in New York City, Kanye West’s girlfriend of more than one year was noticeably absent – stuck in Los Angeles because she is no longer able to travel by plane ahead of the birth of their first child next month.

A source confirmed to Us Weekly: “Kim isn’t allowed to fly.”
