Justin Bieber asks guests at his parties to sign Liability Waiver and Release

After a string of negative press, it looks like Justin Bieber may be trying to curtail the less positive news by imposing a ban on people talking about his parties.

Having bought a $6.5 million mansion in the Los Angeles suburb of Calabasas last year, Justin Bieber, 19, has a perfect venue for some stunning parties.

However, it appears that those lucky enough to score an invite to party with Justin Bieber will have to agree to a strict guest code.

TMZ.com has managed to get hold of a waiver that guests must sign before entering Justin Bieber’s seven-bedroom home.

The document, entitled a Liability Waiver and Release, bans anyone from posting details, photos or recordings of inside his house on social-networking sites or other media.

Guests will be forbidden from talking about the “physical health, or the philosophical, spiritual or other views or characteristics” of Justin Bieber and his guests.

Anyone is breaks the ban, will face a lawsuit seeking $5 million in damages.

The waiver includes a further $5 million each if the guest tweets, blogs or Instagrams.

The document also warns there may be activities which are “potentially hazardous and you should not participate unless you are medically able and properly trained”.

It includes risks such as “minor injuries to catastrophic injuries, including death”.

However, TMZ points out that many other celebrities also make visitors sign similar waivers before entering their homes.

Justin Bieber bought the Traditional French-style property last year, which used to belong to Eddie Murphy’s ex-wife Nicole Murphy.

The mansion includes a library, a private cinema with stadium seating, a wet bar and a wine cellar, and the grounds feature a pond.

The waiver comes two months after photos emerged of a party at Justin Bieber’s house while he was away in Europe.

Justin Bieber’s friend, rapper Lil’ Twist, was said to have invited around 40 people to party in the mansion while the teenage idol was thousands of miles away on tour.
