According to TMZ, a North Carolina company called 123 Talent recently offered to book Lindsay Lohan for small-scale appearances.
The emails allegedly listed her film credits but left out her booking fee.
However, sources close to the troubled starlet said she never signed any deal with the company.
123 Talent was apparently in talks with Lindsay Lohan’s team but they’ve since “decided to go in a another direction”.
The CEO of the agency then added: “Unfortunately, we are not working with Lindsay Lohan.”
They have booked nightclub appearances for names like singers Crystal Waters and Samantha Cole, and former WWE diva Barbie Blank.
And on the company’s website, they boast about having coordinated the talent for the upcoming First Annual Celebrity Golf Classic in Seoul, South Korea taking place next April.
Among the big names golfing for the Jimmy V Foundation include actors John Cusack, Catherine Zeta Jones, Andy Garcia, socialite Paris Hilton, singer Brian McKnight, and ice-skating champ Kristy Yamaguchi.
Lindsay Lohan, 26, who has been arrested six times, is currently facing up to 245 days in the slammer for her recent probation violation, for allegedly lying to cops last June after her car crash on Pacific Coast Highway.
The flame-haired actress was last seen putting on a brave face at the Organice Your Life Annual Holiday Party in New York Friday night.
Lindsay Lohan has three films coming out next year, including the comedy InAPPropriate Comedy with Adrien Brody, the thriller The Canyons with James Deen, and Scary Movie 5 with Charlie Sheen.
Lindsay Lohan reportedly sent a belated thank you note with flowers to Charlie Sheen to show her gratitude for a $100,000 loan the actor reportedly gave the star to help settle her IRS debts, totaling $233,904.
