Myla Sinanaj drops planned lawsuit and signs confidentiality agreement with Kris Humphries

After news broke that Myla Sinanaj is reportedly pregnant with Kris Humphries’ baby, it seemed things were about to get messy between the former lovers.

However it has now been alleged that Myla Sinanaj has changed her tune and decided not to go forward with a lawsuit she was planning on filing against the NBA star.

Myla Sinanaj reportedly had her high-powered lawyer draft up a lawsuit claiming Kris Humphries defamed her by alleging she tried to extort him.

Myla Sinanaj reportedly had her high-powered lawyer draft up a lawsuit claiming Kris Humphries defamed her by alleging she tried to extort him

According to TMZ, Myla Sinanaj has agreed to sign a confidentiality agreement without trying to get any hush money from Kris Humphries.

The website claims that Myla Sinanaj’s shift in attitude is due to the fact she is hoping to win Kris Humphries back.

It was yesterday reported that Kris Humphries is seeking a paternity test from his former flame, who is believed to be three months pregnant.

A source told the New York Post: “This is a huge shock for Kris. He called Myla who told him, yes, she is pregnant, and it is his baby.

“She is three months along. They have dated since January, and Myla told Kris it is definitely his.”

The source added that Myla Sinanaj has claimed: “He is the only person she has slept with in a year.”

Another source said: “He will ask for a paternity test when the baby is born. He had been claiming that their relationship was pretty casual, that she was a <<booty call>> girl.”
