Aiden Moe delivered more than 100 “Pillow Pet” toys to families at the Ronald McDonald House in Sioux Falls, South Dakota this weekend. The house accommodates families who have children in local hospitals.
The boy received the special pillow shaped like an animal when he was a patient at Brookings Hospital and liked it so much he wanted other sick children to have one.
His mother, JaMae Moe, told local station KSFY-TV that she’s happy her son wants to give back to others.
JaMae Moe said: “It makes me feel like I raised him well.”
Aiden Moe and his family live in Bryant, 110 miles northwest of Sioux Falls.
Since 1983, more than 6,000 families who have children in hospital in South Dakota have been able to stay nearby at the Ronald McDonald house.
