Leave it on your teeth for 30 minutes. After that, rinse your mouth thoroughly. Your mouth will actually feel light. I love strawberries and my love for them increased when I came to know I can have whiter teeth with strawberries, as they are rich in vitamin C. Take 2 to 3 strawberries and crush them to make a paste. Rub this paste on your teeth two times a day. The dirty shade of yellow will start to fade in less than a week.
