Bobby Brown was arrested early Wednesday morning in Los Angeles for driving under the influence.
According to local media reports, the incident happened around 1:00 a.m. when a police cruiser spotted Bobby Brown driving erratically and pulled him over. The officer reportedly smelled alcohol and gave the singer a field sobriety test, which he was said to have failed.
Bobby Brown, 43, was promptly taken into custody and booked at a nearby police station.
The incident in the San Fernando Valley section of L.A. is Bobby Brown’s second DUI arrest this year.
In March, Bobby Brown was busted for driving under the influence in the same part of town.
A judge sentenced him to an alcohol treatment program, probation and a fine after he pleaded no contest, just one month after his ex wife, Whitney Houston died.
Bobby Brown admitted himself into a rehab facility in August.
