Chris Brown has opened up about his romance with Rihanna in a candid new video.
Chris Brown posted the footage, which he entitled The Real Chris Brown, after confirming his split from girlfriend Karrueche Tran.
And in the video, Chris Brown reveals his anguish over “loving two people at the same time”.
The singer says: “I’m stressed out… when you share history with somebody, then you tend to fall in love with somebody else, it’s kinda difficult.
“Is there such thing as loving two people? I don’t know if that’s possible, but for me, I feel like that.”
But after Chris Brown made his video public, Karreuche Tran was less than impressed with his admission.
She tweeted: “Wtf is going on? All I’m saying is.. You don’t mess with people’s genuine feelings. You just don’t! Life moves on.. So let’s all.”
Meanwhile Rihanna made a veiled reference to Chris Brown as she wrote on her Twitter: “Ain’t nobody bidness….. But mine and my baby!”
Chris Brown was yesterday seen jetting out of New York to Los Angeles following three consecutive nights of partying with Rihanna.
Revealing his split from Karreuche tran in a statement on Thursday, Chris Brown, whose assault of Rihanna in 2009 left her hospitalized, said: “I have decided to be single to focus on my career. I love Karrueche very much but I don’t want to see her hurt over my friendship with Rihanna.”
Chris Brown continued: “I’d rather be single allowing us to both be happy in our lives.”
Karrueche Tran then posted a tweet which read: “Bye baby.”

Chris Brown, 23, admitted his close bond with Rihanna was the reason for the split, but stopped short of saying the exes had reconciled.
He said in a statement: “I have decided to be single to focus on my career. I love Karrueche very much but I don’t want to see her hurt over my friendship with Rihanna.”

After dancing and kissing, Rihanna and Chris Brown then went into a bathroom together, according to the New York Post.
When Rihanna emerged, a source told the paper: “She seemed a little ruffled.”
And on Tuesday night, Rihanna was seen leaving her hotel and heading to the recording studio after reportedly spending time with Chris Brown inside.
They were also seen planting a kiss on the lips and embracing inside the Staples Center at MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles last month.
Rihanna and Chris Brown’s recent racy antics come after Rihanna admitted to Oprah Winfrey that she still considers Chris to be the “love of her life”.
This is despite the fact Rihanna took a restraining order out against Chris Brown after he was charged with assault after hitting her at a pre-Grammy party in 2009.
Oprah Winfrey has been crowned the highest female earner in Hollywood by Forbes magazine, having taken home an estimated $165 million last year.
Britney Spears is next, with earnings thought to be about $58 milion.
Taylor Swift completes the top three, only just behind Britney Spears, making $57 million in the past 12 months.
According to Forbes, Oprah Winfrey is America’s only African-American billionaire and owns the television company, Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN).
She is also a television presenter and recently interviewed Rihanna about her relationship with Chris Brown.
Britney Spears did not make the Forbes list last year, possibly down to a reduction in the amount of her touring.
This year the pop star has performed 75 dates as well as earning money from various endorsements and her perfume line.
She has also taken a role on the judging line-up of The X Factor USA.
Taylor Swift’s place is partly down to her tour, which grossed more than $1 million per night and ran for more than 65 dates.
Other names on the list include television host Ellen DeGeneres and singers Rihanna and Lady Gaga.

The RnB singer seemed more than a little delighted to have scored his victory following his infamous brawl with Drake in a New York nightclub in June.
When Chris Brown took to the stage he said: “First and foremost, I want to thank Team Breezy, Riveting Entertainment because this is my first time actually being able to direct a video by myself.”
However, Drake did not walk away empty handed after losing out on the big award for Take Care. Instead, he won the lightly regarded Best Hip-Hop Video award instead.
Meanwhile, the show’s host Kevin Hart made light of Drake and Chris Brown’s brawl at the W.i.P club that left eight people injured, including San Antonio Spurs player Tony Parker, who later said he nearly lost his left eye.
He said: “Right now you guys are arguing over a mistake. You’re arguing over a thrown bottle in the club.
“Drake is from Canada. Drake loves to recycle. Drake thought there was a recycle bin in Chris’s section.”
The cameras showed 25-year-old Drake laughing heartily at the quips.
However, he may not be laughing for long, as he and Chris Brown have been hit with a $16 million lawsuit over the incident by the clubs owners, who lost their licence following the melee.

One Direction tops this year MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) picking up three trophies for What Makes You Beautiful.
One Direction took home Best New Artist, Best Pop Video and Most Share-worthy Video.
The group also performed their latest song, One Thing, for fans at the ceremony in Los Angeles.
“Thank you so much! We have grown up watching this show and to collect one of these [awards] straight away is incredible,” said Niall Horan.
Simon Cowell, the band’s manager tweeted the group saying: “Congratulations 1D. I’m very proud of you. Celebrate!”

Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong also appeared at the ceremony, where he was mobbed after inviting fans to come up on stage.

Alicia Keys was joined on stage by Olympic gymnast Gabby Ross, who back-flipped while the singer performed her new single Girl On Fire.
Performers also took the opportunity to crowd surf, with Taylor Swift, Lil Wayne and host Kevin Hart all diving off the stage.

The 2012 MTV Video Music Awards are set to go live from Staples Center in Los Angeles on Thursday, September 6, at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
The videos have been reviewed, the list has been narrowed and you are now looking at the full list of nominees for the 29th annual MTV Video Music Awards.
Rihanna and Drake lead the pack with five nominations each, followed by VMA darling Katy Perry with four and a bumper crop of new and veteran faces with three noms each.

Known for his LOL-worthy original standup, as well as his reoccurring role in the Scary Movie franchise, Kevin Hart will bring the giggles to the golden coast when he takes the Staples Center stage.

Rihanna has decided to update her look once again, going for one of her most drastic changes yet with a super-short cropped hairdo.
Rihanna, 24, showcased her new style as she arrived at the Staples Center in Los Angeles ahead of the MTV Video Music Awards tonight (Thursday).
The incredibly short look is a sharp contrast to the long wavy hair Rihanna has been sporting in recent weeks.
However, it’s not the first time Rihanna has tried out a more androgynous look with her barnet, as she previously sported a crop for her role as Cora Raikes in blockbuster movie Battleship earlier this year.
Rihanna also had a shorter do back in 2009, but the style was longer on top giving it a more feminine feel. The new look is undoubtedly the shortest Rihanna has ever had her hair.

Surprisingly, Rihanna made no mention of her new look on her Twitter page, where she usually keeps fans regularly updated with any changes in her appearance.
Rihanna works with celebrity stylist Ursula Stephen to come up with inventive new ideas for her hair. And in a recent interview, Ursula Stephen explained how they go about coming up with a new concept.
She said: “We are always changing it up, experimenting, and having fun with hair. That’s what I love to do!
“Her hairstyle typically changes depending on what’s on our agenda, what she’s wearing, or how she’s feeling.
“We take it day by day and event by event, and usually will both bring ideas to the table. It’s always a collaboration, which is such a great way to work.”
The new look comes ahead of Rihanna’s highly-anticipated performance at tonight’s VMA awards, where the singer will open the show with a rendition of new track Cockiness (Love It), alongside A$AP Rocky.
Other performances at the event will come from stars including Nicki Minaj, 2 Chainz, Taylor Swift and Frank Ocean.
As she arrived for rehearsals, Rihanna looked excited about the upcoming event, and waved eagerly at her waiting fans.
The singer dressed down in a Céline T-shirt, jeans and a pair of colourful Cleveland Cavalier-edition Air Jordan #4’s as she made her way into the venue.

Rihanna’s words have caused uproar with domestic violence support charities blasting the singer for “normalizing” abuse.
Charities claim Rihanna is sending out a dangerous message, which could stop abused women from coming forward.
Vivienne Hayes, chief executive of the Women’s Resource Centre, told The Independent: “Rihanna’s case demonstrates the emotional complexities felt by women locked in abusive relationships.”
After falling into what she described as a “dark place”, reflected in her music, her fashion choices and her attitude, the singer said she was finally able to make peace with the violent end to their romance by rebuilding her relationship with her father, Ronald Fenty.
“I was so angry at him. I was just angry about a lot of things from my childhood. And I couldn’t separate him as a husband from him as my father,” she said, acknowledging he was violent toward her mother, Monica Braithwaite.
Rihanna’s parents split nearly two years before she left Barbados for the states at 16. The singer admitted her father’s “addiction” tore her family apart; although she did not elaborate on his substance abuse.
Now, after bridging the gap, she says she has moved on from the scandal with Chris Brown that has cast a shadow over her career for the last three years.
“I have to move on,” she said.
“I have forgiven him. It took me a long time. I was angry for a long time.”
But that reconciliation comes with the desire to know her ex has also healed since the fracas.
“I truly love him, so the main thing for me is that he’s at peace… I care. It actually matters [to me] that he finds that peace,” she said.
Prepared for a backlash, she continued: “I can’t tell people how to feel about it. They’re entitled to feel angry because it wasn’t a good thing that happened. But I have forgiven him.”

Speaking to camera in the preview, Oprah Winfrey said: “I went there with my own ideas about who she was from watching her videos and listening to her music.
“I thought she was gonna be kind of a bada**, a kind of hard edged, rocker, pop woman. Nothing could have been farther from the truth.”
Over clips of the interview and footage of Rihanna driving Oprah to visit her old neighborhood, Oprah Winfrey said: “She was thoughtful… She was very emotional… She was vulnerable.”

Rihanna’s appearance on Oprah’s OWN channel comes three years after the talk show queen made a public appeal to the singer to leave her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown.
Oprah Winfrey spoke out a month after Rihanna was assaulted by the R&B singer, amidst rumors at the time they were still together.

Oprah Winfrey is hoping the Rihanna special will help her struggling network continue its comeback.
It has seen viewership increase by 25% since the start of the year, though from a very low starting baseline.

Rihanna has closed Hackney Weekend, a free two-day festival in east London, on Sunday night, with a performance that included a string of her hits and a surprise (albeit widely expected) guest appearance by her mentor Jay-Z.

Dizzee Rascal, who grew up in Bow, near the Hackney Marshes venue, paid tribute to “my east London crew”.
He recalled his days as a “pirate radio MC” in London before his self-produced single I Luv You landed him a record contract.
The second day’s bill was packed with local artists, including rapper Tinie Tempah, who premiered a new, untitled, song produced by Calvin Harris.
“East London is the epicentre of a lot of cool things at the minute,” he said.
“Radio 1 coming to Hackney Marshes is so incredible. I could wake up and just walk here.”

Noir pop artist Lana Del Rey performed an acoustic set backed by a chamber orchestra at the In New Music We Trust tent.
“The crowd were really receptive, really good, so that made it easy,” said the Video Games singer afterwards.
“I didn’t have my drummer with me – so it was stripped back, almost like a jazz set. It’s really all about me and the crowd.”
Authorities treated the festival as a “dry run” for the summer Olympics and, by and large, it proved to be a peaceful weekend.
London’s Metropolitan Police said the atmosphere had been “calm” on Sunday. Saturday saw about 50 arrests outside the arena. Most were for drugs and knife possession.

NYPD plans to arrest rapper Drake for reckless endangerment after he and his love-rival Chris Brown allegedly sparked a nightclub brawl early Thursday that put five people in the hospital.
NYPD sources leaked that if Drake doesn’t agree to turn himself in voluntarily by early next week, he can expect to be arrested at his Jones Beach concert tonight.
The details about the possible showdown between the 25-year-old Canadian rapper and New York’s finest comes as a second bystander released photos of her injuries that were a result of the flying bottles at SoHo club W.i.P.
A woman named Veronica told TMZ that she was sitting at a table near the two rappers when she saw the beginning of the brawl.
Veronica had to get stitches on her right hand and has a bruise in the middle of her forehead.
“I heard people screaming … so I tried to get away from the action and hid behind a couch,” she told the site.

What she didn’t know at the time was that the fight, which left the club looking like a war zone with broken bottles everywhere, was supposedly caused by notorious rapper Chris Brown sending Drake, whose real name is Aubrey Drake Graham, a bottle of champagne.
While the gesture may seem nice, the closest connection that the two men have is that they have both been romantically linked to Rihanna.
That appears to be too close for comfort, as Drake reportedly sent the bottle back to Chris Brown with a note reading: “I’m f****** the love of your life, deal with it.”
Though Chris Brown, who was famously plead guilty to the felony charge of assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009, was enraged by the note, he claims that he was not the one to start the fight and points the finger at Drake and his entourage instead.
Police seem to agree, as the New York Post reported that while they are considering Chris Brown a “witness and victim”, they are now on the hunt for Drake.
“I believe the police are building a case against Drake and his thugs,” Chris Brown’s lawyer Mark Geragos told the paper.
Said “thugs” included fellow rapper Meek Mill and a bevy of security handlers.
Another serious question comes for Chris Brown, however, as some of his own posse may have been known gang members, which would be a violation of his probation agreement for his previous assault charge.
An unidentified source told the New York Post that a number of members of the notorious Crips gang might have been with the 23-year-old rapper when the fight happened around 4:00 a.m. Thursday morning.
While the specific Crips members have not been identified, two other Chris Brown pals have announced their injuries.

Rihanna insisted that she had been partying with a group of friends, but did not mention Chris Brown’s name in her earlier post.

The fracas between Chris Brown and Drake’s entourages happened just before 4 a.m. in the morning, as the last song was playing.
A bottle-throwing brawl reportedly took place between hip hop stars Chris Brown and Drake in W.i.P nightclub in Manhattan in the early hours of Thursday.
Now police are investigating whether shots were fired during the fight.
Witnesses told the NYPD they heard a gun go off amid the ruckus in the early hours of Thursday, although none said they saw the weapon.
“We are investigating the possibility of gunshots fired at the club,” NYPD spokesman Paul Browne told the New York Daily News.
“We have several eyewitnesses telling detectives they heard what they believed to be shots fired during the disturbance.”
Witnesses claimed the brawl – which saw at least five people hospitalized – came after Chris Brown and Drake scrapped over their former flame, singer Rihanna.
On Thursday night, Chris Brown’s lawyer reportedly gave detectives “physical evidence” allegedly proving Drake was involved in the fight – even though the hip hop artist said he had been outside.
Lawyer Mark Geragos went to the NYPD late on Thursday night to present evidence showing that Drake was one of the aggressors, law enforcement sources have claimed.
Chris Brown is also reportedly being treated as a “witness and victim” rather than a suspect in the melee, which turned the New York City nightclub, W.i.P, into a war zone.
He spoke to detectives about the incident late on Thursday night, yet Drake has not.
There have been conflicting reports about what happened at the SoHo nightspot.
Witnesses claimed the two recording stars started fighting after Chris Brown sent Drake a bottle of champagne as a peace offering – which was promptly snubbed by Drake.
He reportedly sent the bottle back with a note: “I’m f****** the love of your life, deal with it.”
Chris Brown, 23, dated Rihanna until she dumped him after he savagely beat her in 2009. After their breakup, Rihanna was romantically linked with rapper Drake.
The New York Police Department is investigating the fight.
A spokesman said investigators believe Chris Brown, his bodyguard and a woman with him were trying to leave the club about 4:00 a.m. when they were confronted by five members of Drake’s posse.
As they were squaring off, someone – police don’t know who yet – threw a bottle.
Drake, whose real name is Aubrey Drake Graham, was not in the group that confronted Chris Brown, said NYPD Lt. John Grimple.
One of the club-goers caught in the middle of the fracas was Hollie C., an Australian tourist who was rushed to Bellevue Hospital after she was smashed in the head with a flying bottle during the fight.
A gruesome photo shows a gash in her head and her face covered with blood. She needed 16 stitches to close the wound.
Hollie C. told TMZ.com she went to W.i.P. with friends on Wednesday night, unaware they were sitting in between two angry rappers and their entourages. Suddenly, all hell broke loose.
“Within a few moments of noticing glass being thrown around, I saw a glass bottle headed towards me, consequently hitting me in the head,” she told TMZ.
“I immediately started to bleed and proceeded to fall in and out of consciousness.”
She was one of eight people treated as a result of the fight. Hollie C. and four others had nothing to do with the bar brawl.
Tony Parker, the French basketball player who was once married to actress Eva Longoria, also claimed he was hurt during the fight.
“I was quietly with my friends when a fight broke out. Bottles started flying everywhere. I tried to protect my girlfriend and I got everything,” Tony Parker told French website Direct Star.
“The cornea is affected. I cannot do anything for seven days. Wear a therapeutic contact lens and I get drops. I was lucky, that I almost had to get stitches.”

In the wake of the horrific injuries, the New York City Council has called for an emergency meeting with nightclub owners and police to look into policies for selling bottled drinks.
City Council Speaker Christine C. Quinn released a statement on Friday that read: “I am deeply concerned by reports of the bottle throwing melee that injured more than five people in SoHo this week.
“That is why I have immediately convened an emergency meeting next week between my office, the NYPD, and the nightlife industry.
“The purpose of this meeting is to send a clear message to all nightclub patrons that bottles cannot be used as weapons and to determine if the guidelines surrounding bottle service need to be updated or reworked.”
After Drake snubbed Chris Brown’s bottle of champagne, Brown reportedly flew into a rage and confronted Drake, according to website Global Grind.
Drake allegedly threw a punch but before the singer could retaliate, another man hit Chris Brown in the face with a bottle.
A source told the New York Post: “They were on opposite sides of the room, Drake went over to the middle of the club to talk to someone, then words were exchanged with Chris and his entourage.”
The source said someone from Drake’s entourage, possibly the singer himself, threw a bottle.
“Once the bottle was thrown, all hell broke loose and there were more bottles thrown.”
The fight allegedly kicked off as the last song was playing, just before 4:00 a.m.
Police were already at the scene because it was closing time and that they “were on it in seconds and began getting everyone out of the club”.
Pictures of the aftermath show the club floor strewn with broken glass.
Chris Brown was pulled out of the situation by his own security and helped out of the club while Drake was pulled to the back of the club, the source said. “[Drake] was one of the last out of W.i.P.”
Police were looking at surveillance footage and talking to patrons who witnessed the melee. No arrests have been made and no complaints filed.
In a separate incident, just a day after the brawl, the bar’s owner Jonathan Cantor was arrested after out-of-control music at his other venue, Greenhouse in SoHo, the New York Post reported.
Drake has denied he was involved in “any kind last night at W.i.P.”. His spokeswoman said in a statement: “He was on his way out of the club when the altercation began.”

The claims about Rihanna’s wellbeing came as the singer was pictured stepping out in New York looking tired and disheveled in possibly her most revealing outfit yet.
Rihanna was pictured wearing a tiny pink lace bandeau bra with a pleated skirt as she headed out and about in Manhattan, covering up with a white cardigan over the top at points during the outing.
She teamed the outfits with a pair of high-top trainers and sunglasses.

Things went from bad to worse when Rihanna was forced to cancel a scheduled work trip to the UK last week, after allegedly missing her flight.
A source told Closer magazine: “Rihanna has been out of control for months.
“She was supposed to catch a flight back to the UK last week, but she ended up missing it, which was the final straw for management.
“Jay-Z hit the roof when he found out, and told Rihanna, <<Go to rehab now or I’ll drop you from the label>>. She’s not happy, but she now feels she has no choice.”
However, Rihanna denied claims that she had cancelled the UK trip due to illness, insisting she just needed to spend more time with her family, particularly her grandmother Dolly who is suffering from cancer.
Meanwhile, other reports have suggested that Rihanna is suffering from a personality disorder.
A friend told Look magazine: “She’s reached breaking point. Ri says she’s physically and mentally exhausted and feeling lost.
“I think she desperately needs help and some time off – not just from work but from all the other stresses in her life too.”
The magazine claim that Rihanna’s symptoms, which include her regular updating of fans by sharing pictures and news on Twitter, are indicative that the singer is suffering from Narcisstic Personality Disorder – “a constant need for attention and admiration”.
Rihanna first sparked concerns about her health last month when she was hospitalized for exhaustion and dehydration.
The singer tweeted a picture from inside the hospital, showing her hooked up to an intravenous drip, yet weeks later she was seen out partying again.
Rihanna is said to have used a body double for the sexy Armani advertisement which she filmed earlier this year.
However, Rihanna, 24, may not be so forthcoming about this revelation and no doubt wants fans to believe she features throughout the minute-long video.
According to The Sun, Irish model Jahnassa Aicken is the other woman who bares her body in a pair of designer knickers.
However, Rihanna’s management allegedly made her sign an order banning her from speaking about the fact that she was used as a double.
“Jahnassa’s torso, body and bum appear in parts of the ad,” a source told The Sun.
“It’s shocking Rihanna wanted one considering she loves posing with no clothes, plus she’s in great shape.”

The advert shows Rihanna laying in a large double bed on her own wearing black lace underwear as she appears to have a nightmare.
It then cuts to her getting out of bed as she picks up the telephone and then slips into a pair of Armani jeans and a leather jacket.
The close-up shots of the singer’s derrière and of her bust are said to be Jahnassa Aicken – not Rihanna.

Rihanna – who first stated that she would be collaborating with Armani late last year – clearly wasn’t feeling over-confident about her own figure.
Jahnassa Aicken is said to have received a “modest sum” for the job, and was first spotted by Rihanna’s people in a crowd during the filming of her We Found Love music video in Northern Ireland.
“If we have complaints consumers have been misled by the use of a body double, we will investigate,” an Advertising Standards Authority spokesman told The Sun.

“Rihanna loves to party but this past month she’s gotten really out of control,” an insider tells the publication.
“She’s been drinking almost everyday and talking about smoking weed a lot too.”
Rihanna’s wild nights out have included a late visit to a strip club in Queens, New York, on May 2 where she was seen throwing money at female performers.
“Everyone is telling her to slow down and think about therapy, or even rehab,” the source continues.
But Rihanna has always been proud of her Good Girl Gone Bad reputation.
She has said: “I’m crazy and I don’t pretend to be anything else.”

Rihanna was on the short list of contenders for the role, along with Jennifer Hudson, Vivica Fox and Sparkle star Jordin Sparks. Brandy was also mentioned in some reports.
Though Rihanna may lack acting experience compared to the other candidates, she’s not completely new to the industry. She is set to debut her acting abilities in her first film, Battleship, alongside Alexander Skarsgard, Brooklyn Decker and Liam Neeson. The sci-fi thriller will be released in the U.S. in May.
But for Rihanna, portraying Whitney Houston is not so much about acting experience, but about the chance to represent her musical inspiration on the big screen.
“My first song that I remember falling in love with was a Whitney Houston song – I Will Always Love You,” Rihanna said.
“It was really inspiring and it made me develop a passion for music, so really she’s partly responsible for me being here in this industry.”
