Bobbi Kristina Brown was never married to Nick Gordon

Bobbi Kristina Brown is not and never has been married to Nick Gordon, an attorney representing her father, Bobby Brown, has said.

Bobby Brown’s attorney Christopher Brown released a statement on February 3 disputing reports that Bobbi Kristina Brown is married to Nick Gordon.

Bobbi Kristina Brown, 21, has been hospitalized since January 31 after being found unresponsive in a bathtub at her Atlanta home. Nick Gordon and a friend called police.

In January 2014, a representative for the family confirmed that Bobbi Kristina Brown and Nick Gordon had gotten married, but did not release additional details.

Bobbi Kristina is the only child of Bobby Brown and the late singer Whitney Houston.

The singer died in 2012 after being found unresponsive in a Los Angeles hotel bathtub.

Whitney Houston left her entire estate to Bobbi Kristina Brown.
