Matthew Fox, the ABC’s Lost star was arrested Sunday after he allegedly assaulted a female bus driver.
Matthew Fox, 45, was detained by police on Sunday night and taken into custody in Cleveland, Ohio, after an altercation outside a bar with a female driver after he attempt to get on board a party bus that he was not a guest on.
Heather Bormann, the bus driver claimed the actor punched her in “the breast and stomach area” after she attempted to stop him from boarding.
“He just kept staring at me with his mouth wide open and not saying anything,” she told TMZ.
“I told him, <<You have to leave, buddy. You are trespassing on my bus>>.”
Matthew Fox, who Bormann believed was drunk, then “leaned in and started punching my crotch and breast.”
“I took one hand to his jaw and he was spitting blood. He stumbled backwards. This was my self-defense,” Bormann said.
“This was the only way I could protect myself… from a man beating up on a woman.”
Matthew Fox, who played Dr. Jack Shephard on the ABC drama series Lost, was then detained by an off-duty officer and placed in handcuffs before the police arrived and took him into custody, TMZ said.
