Simon Cowell’s close friend, former flame and confidante, 80’s pop icon Sinitta, was less than impressed with the news that he is set to father a child with New York-based socialite Lauren Silverman.
Taking to her Twitter page two days before news of Simon Cowell’s impending fatherhood broke to the world, the 49-year-old singer appeared to suggest the situation was “half miracle, half nightmare”.
Although Sinitta didn’t directly reference Lauren Silverman’s pregnancy in her tweet, the timely posting seemed to allude to Simon Cowell’s parenthood.
Writing on July 29, Sinitta said: “Something has just happened ..half miracle, half nightmare! #WakeMeUpIWantToGetOff!!”
And the rest of Cowell’s harem of close female friends, including former flames Mezhgan Hussainy, Terri Seymour and Jackie St Clair, seem equally unimpressed, according to reports.
Simon Cowell’s former flame Sinitta was less than impressed with the news that he is set to father a child with Lauren Silverman
A friend close to Simon Cowell said: “Simon is in no doubt the child is his. The other girls can’t believe that she is the one who has [got his baby]. They’ve all met her, they know who she is and they have been reduced to tears by this.
“She has apparently been going around telling people for the last three to six months that she is going to have his baby. Simon has been very stressed in the last few months with his various shows and juggling everything that he has in his life.
“In the harem hierarchy, Lauren is regarded as the fun, party girl. Simon is [said to be] freaked out by this but there is no question that he will not support the child.”
However, one person quick to voice his excitement was comedian David Walliams, who appeared to confirm the news via a jokey post on his Twitter page.
David Walliams – who recently welcomed his first child with model wife Lara Stone – wrote: “Oh yeah, and @SimonCowell is doing a baby with a lady.
“For the record @SimonCowell and I tried to have a baby together for many years. But I just couldn’t get pregnant.”
Simon Cowell’s relationship history includes romances with Sinitta, Terri Seymour and Alicia Douvall, with many of his exes joining him on an annual Caribbean holiday each January.
Simon Cowell and Lauren Silverman were pictured together, as they enjoyed a cozy Caribbean holiday in January 2012 alongside her husband Andrew Silverman.
Although real estate mogul Andrew Silverman was just a mere matter of feet away, his wife was seen tenderly running her hands through the hair of Simon Cowell.
Enjoying a new year break in St. Barths, Simon Cowell and the Silvermans seemed to be in high spirits as they sat on-board Cowell’s luxury yacht soaking up the sun as the sipped on glasses of orange juice.
And while the group appeared to be chatting away amiably, the pictures show Simon Cowell certainly only had eyes for one of the Silvermans, with him seeming utterly unable to distract himself from the alluring Lauren.
With Andrew Silverman looking on, Simon Cowell leaned in closely to the stunning socialite, with a smirk spreading across his face as he indulged in a close conversation with the beauty.
But it wasn’t long until the property entrepreneur got some quality time with his wife, with the tables turning as he tenderly cupped Lauren’s bottom as Simon Cowell looked on.
Rather than suffer an attack of the green-eyed monster, the star appeared utterly amused by the entire debacle, and grinned away as he stared at the couple.
After the two men enjoyed a brief chat, Lauren Silvrman and Simon Cowell made their way over to a sun lounger, where they kicked off a rather friendly display.
Reclining with their heads tilted into each other, the pair appeared to be sharing a joke as they giggled away in the sunshine.

And despite her husband being in full view, Lauren Silverman seemed to throw caution to the wind as she ran her hands through the music mogul’s hair, with the duo even posing for a phone picture together at one point.
Following their playful display, Lauren Silverman hopped up off the lounger, and appeared to bend down to treat the star to a friendly peck.
While her face couldn’t be seen in the angle of the shot, Lauren Siverman put her arm across Simon Cowell as she leaned into him with her hair tumbling around her shoulders.
After his close pal wandered off to another part of the yacht, Simon Cowell was left looking like the cat who’d got the cream as he stretched out with his arms behind his head and a huge smirk on his face.
A close friend of Simon Cowell confirmed on Wednesday afternoon that Lauren Silverman was expecting his child, and claimed she wanted to marry him.
Although Lauren Silverman and her husband, who have a son together, have holidayed together on numerous occasions over the past four years, it wasn’t until the socialite and her real estate mogul husband ended their union around a year ago that her friendship with Simon Cowell turned to romance.
Lauren Silverman is said to be “around 10 weeks along” in the pregnancy, according to Us Weekly magazine.
Simon Cowell and Lauren Silverman’s situation is made more complicated by the fact that she is still married to Andrew.
But a source told Usmagazine.com: “Lauren and Andrew have been unhappy in their marriage for some time, and their divorce has been in the works for a while. As their marriage deteriorated, she and Simon became close.”
Simon Cowell, 53, and Lauren Silverman, 36, have been seeing each for at least a year, according to friends, and were even seen viewing houses together in Los Angeles earlier this year.
He made no reference to impending fatherhood when he opened up to Chelsea Handler during an interview on her talk show on Tuesday night, sticking to topics including One Direction and his recent health kick.
Simon Cowell is reportedly expecting a baby with married New York socialite Lauren Silverman.
According to MailOnline, a friend of Simon Cowell said that Lauren Silverman, who is technically still married to real estate mogul Andrew Silverman, a close friend of Cowell’s, had revealed that she wants to marry the star just a few weeks ago.
Lauren Silverman and real estate mogul Andrew have been long friends with Simon Cowell and have enjoyed holidays with him for the past few years.
But it wasn’t until Lauren and Andrew Silverman ended their relationship that her friendship with Simon Cowell turned into romance, around a year ago.
A friend of Lauren Silverman’s said: “Lauren loves Simon, she says that she wants to marry him. And with the baby, she’s going the right way about it! But I think this could be really good for Simon.”
Another friend confirmed the baby news and said “yes, all true”.
Lauren Silverman, 36, is said to be “around 10 weeks along” in the pregnancy, according to Us Weekly magazine.
However, Simon Cowell and Lauren Silverman’s situation is made more complicated by the fact that she is still technically married to Andrew.
The source told Usmagazine.com: “Lauren and Andrew have been unhappy in their marriage for some time, and their divorce has been in the works for a while. As their marriage deteriorated, she and Simon became close.”

Simon Cowell, 53, and Lauren Silverman have been seeing each for at least a year, according to friends, and were even seen viewing houses together in Los Angeles earlier this year.
In January, Simon Cowell and Lauren Silverman were even seen lounging together on the deck of the yacht alongside Cowell’s ex-fiancée Mezhgan Hussainy and Andrew.
Their close friend, fashion designer Rachel Roy, posted a picture of the couple cuddling up together while on holiday with them at New Year. While on board a luxury yacht, she thanked both her ‘hosts’ for inviting her on the trip.
Simon Cowell made no reference to impending fatherhood when he opened up to Chelsea Handler during an interview on her talk show on Tuesday night, sticking to topics including One Direction and his recent health kick.
It remains to be seen just how the news that he is to be a father will go down with Simon Cowell, who has never made a secret of the fact that he doesn’t believe he is the right material to become a parent.
In an interview in 2009, Simon Cowell said: “God, no. I couldn’t have children. If I had them here drawing on the walls I’d go nuts.
“With kids, you’ve got a routine you can’t escape from. You’ve got to be up at a certain time. Got to listen. When all you want to do is sit in a corner thinking.”
However, in a more recent interview in April this year, Simon Cowell appeared to have somewhat changed his mind, saying: “I haven’t ruled it out. If I knew I could be – how do I put this delicately – faithful, I would.
“I do like kids, I’m just not sure I’d be any good for the first six months. I don’t think I’d adopt because I’d rather have my own. I’d have to say I’d like a little girl.”
Simon Cowell’s relationship history includes romances with Sinitta, Terri Seymour and Alicia Douvall.
He is believed to have been engaged twice, once to Page Three model Louise Payne back in 1995, and more recently to make-up artist Mezhgan Hussainy.
Simon Cowell and Mezhgan Hussainy, who met when she was employed as a make-up artist on American Idol back in 2003, broke off their engagement last year.
Their split was later confirmed by mutual friend Zetta Graff, who said that Mezhgan Hussainy had become “too needy” for the mogul.
Simon Cowell later described the engagement as his “big mistake”, adding: “I’m attracted to crazy women. I encourage crazy behavior and I make them crazy.
“I’m attracted to certain personalities who are difficult to control. So there are tantrums, tears and fights, which is all part of the drama. My life is really odd.
“Every girl wants to be number one and they’re very territorial. I like the fight, because otherwise I’d have a dull group of girlfriends.”
Simon Cowell’s most recent relationship was with fellow X Factor USA judge Carmen Electra, with whom he was seen on several dates in 2012.
However, in February this year, Simon Cowell confirmed he was single, saying: “We spent time together and she is so much fun. But I’d like to find a girlfriend.”
But while Simon Cowell has spoken in recent months about his desire to settle down, he then called relationships “boring” in an interview last month.
Simon Cowell and Carmen Electra have not been pictured together for weeks and now he has confirmed he’s split from the model.
Simon Cowell revealed he was dating Carmen Electra in December.
But now the music mogul has opened up about his love life to reveal he is now back on the market.
Simon Cowell, 53, told the Sunday People: “I’m now a single man. We spent time together and she is so much fun. But I’d like to find a girlfriend.”
He added that he particularly likes British women but doesn’t have his eye on anyone in particular.
Simon Cowell was spotted on numerous dates with Carmen Electra during the latter part of 2012 and two months ago admitted he was smitten with the 40-year-old beauty.
He opened up to Ryan Seacrest about their budding romance, saying: “She’s not my girlfriend. We’re people who date. She’s adorable, isn’t she?”
Simon Cowell and Carmen Electra have not been pictured together for weeks and now he has confirmed he’s split from the model
Carmen Electra, who was once married to basketball star Dennis Rodman and rocker Dave Navarro, previously revealed she had fallen for the British millionaire after she filled in as a guest judge on Britain’s Got Talent.
She said: “He’s so cute. He is adorable. He’s actually a sweetheart… I really liked him. I think he’s really cool.
“Now, obviously, he’s in [Los Angeles] with X Factor and we started to hang out and we became friends … I think he’s a great guy.”
Simon Cowell’s last relationship prior to that was with makeup artist Mezhgan Hussainy, whom he broke off his engagement from last year.
And he has admitted it is his hectic jet set lifestyle which gets in the way of his relationships.
Simon Cowell added to the Sunday People: “I’m happy but I would like a girlfriend.”
Simon Cowell and Carmen Electra were first spotted enjoying a flirtatious dinner at Los Angeles restaurant Cecconi’s in September.
An onlooker said at the time: “They were getting very cosy. They were holding hands and staring into each other’s eyes – and then they started making out.
“They were with other friends at the restaurant but didn’t seem to mind.”
Simon Cowell is currently in Britain until June filming Britain’s Got Talent.
Khloe Kardashian has been fired as a host on the X Factor after just one season, following a disappointing reception.
“They are asking Mario [Lopez] to come back, but not Khloe,” an insider confirmed to the New York Post.
A spokesperson for the X Factor refused to confirm the report, instead stating simply: “The producers have not yet made the talent decisions for this year.”
Despite her wide popularity as a star on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Khloe Kardashian came to the X Factor with no hosting experience.
Her lack of training showed as she occasionally appeared nervous and unsure of how to act in front of the cameras.
The live show format was challenging for an inexperienced host, meaning links could not be re-recorded and Khloe Kardashian’s comments were out unedited.
Even Khloe Kardashian admitted it wasn’t easy.
“Just learning how there’s a screaming audience and you don’t yell because the mic is right there,” she explained.
“I will have an earpiece in my ear, and while I’m trying to read the teleprompter then I have someone counting down and they’re like, <<Okay, ask Simon this or that>>.
“There were so just so many pieces I never knew were involved in live TV.
“I do feel like through every show I got better and better, but my first week I literally was like, <<I am going to die. I want to fake a heart attack>>.”
The decision by X Factor bosses to not renew Khloe Kardashian’s contract will be a blow to the Kardashian family, who had turned out in force to support her.
Khloe Kardashian has been fired as a host on the X Factor after just one season, following a disappointing reception
The extended family, including sisters Kim and Kourtney Kardashian, had been regulars in the audience, with Kim’s superstar boyfriend Kanye West even making an appearance.
Despite her warm personality the 28-year-old was criticized for being overly loud, and her well-meaning but occasionally ill judged comments left viewers cringing.
Khloe Kardashian previously revealed she was asked not to take any hosting lessons before she started, leaving her unprepared for what to expect.
She added: “I’ve never done live TV before, and I was asked to not do any hosting lessons because they wanted me to be just myself. I found the day before because the stage was just built, that I couldn’t read the teleprompter without glasses, so I had to get contacts the day before.”
But Khloe Kardashian’s lack of experience could not be overcome, with even her fashion choices raising eyebrows.
On her very first show Khloe Kardashian caused a Twitter storm in a sheer blouse that exposed her nipples under the harsh studio lighting.
Even Simon Cowell remarked on the error, tweeting: “I think the air conditioning is on high tonight looking at khloe.”
On another occasion Khloe Kardashian perched herself on Simon Cowell’s lap and asked if he felt “excited”, missing the mark on the family show.
Khloe Kardashian’s vastly more experienced co-host Mario Lopez was also forced to defend Khloe against her critics, telling reporters “she’s sweet”.
She is not alone in leaving the show this season. Judges Britney Spears and LA Reid are also moving on, creating two openings on the panel.
There was no reaction to the bad news on Khloe Kardashian’s blog or Twitter feed. But despite the high-profile nature of the role Khloe Kardashian is sure to not be too upset.
She remains part of the most popular reality show on TV with her role on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
And her husband Lamar Odom is finding success with his new basketball team, the LA Clippers.

Britney Spears has left The X Factor USA after just one season, as it has been claimed show boss Simon Cowell was about to fire her for being “boring”.
Britney Spears, 31, jumped before she was pushed as Simon Cowell, 53, made plans to terminate her $15 million contract after her judging style on the show had been heavily criticized, sources close to the show confirmed.
A source close to production explained: “Britney and her team knew it was unlikely she’d be asked back as a judge.
“The producers have already been making other plans for next season over the holidays.
“The reality is that toward the end of last season the main players knew they wanted to replace both Britney and LA Reid. LA Reid wasn’t at the top of his game in second season and he knew that.”
Britney Spears’ judging was heavily criticized throughout the last season, with critics dubbing her “boring”.
And show insiders complained that she insisted on having breaks every few contestants during auditions and was often unengaged in the whole process.
It was felt Britney Spears didn’t connect with her contestants, despite being employed to mentor them. Insiders complained that she would barely look at them on stage during the live round of the show.
“Most people didn’t expect Britney to make it through the season as its a demanding role but she did her best,” said a source.
Although the mother-of-two only lasted on the judges panel for one season it was an incredibly lucrative one.
Britney Spears has left The X Factor USA after just one season, as it has been claimed Simon Cowell was about to fire her for being boring
A previous report in Us Weekly pointed out that her $15 milllion contract had a lot to do with Simon Cowell’s decision, with one insider telling the publication: “They paid all that for her to say <<amazing>> and offer half-claps.”
At one time Simon Cowell had intimated to E! that he’d have Britney Spears back despite telling them he’s “pro change”, he said: “I don’t know yet, to be honest with you. I haven’t had the conversation with her whether she’d want to, what other commitments she’s got.”
Fellow judge L.A. Reid – a long-standing judge – already announced his departure to focus on his record label.
Midas-alike Simon Cowell has struggled to repeat the success of the smash hit British show since it debuted across the Atlantic in the autumn of 2011.
After the initial disappointing season, Simon Cowell fired judges Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger and host Steve Jones in January.
He then went all out to get a big name signing; and nobody could argue with Britney’s pedigree when she signed on the dotted line for the svengali.
Not only is she one of the biggest pop stars in the world; but her soap opera past lends the blonde an inherent fascination lacking in other stars.
But sadly that never translated into her on-screen presence, and Simon Cowell’s coup became a damp squib.
The blonde flubbed lines and often seemed disconnected from the the show’s narrative.
The December 20 second season finale was watched by 9.6 million viewers, down 18% from the first season finale.
Despite the setbacks, Simon Cowell himself is unlikely to be looking for another job anytime soon.
Artists discovered by the X Factor have sold more than 100 million records worldwide, including 110 No. 1’s, 270 Top 10, and 501 Top 50 releases – and the show has been commissioned in 41 territories.
Simon Cowell – who according to Forbes made $90 million last year alone – also saw his TV production business, Simco, boosted by 138% last year, mainly due to the launch of the Fox TV talent show.
His company also reported that total turnover almost doubled to £54.6 million ($87.89 million) in the year to 31 March 2012.

Simon Cowell has confirmed he is dating TV presenter and model Carmen Electra.
Simon Cowell – who has been spotted on numerous dates with Carmen Electra – has admitted he is smitten with the 40-year-old beauty but insisted she is not his girlfriend yet.
The 53-year-old music mogul opened up to Ryan Seacrest on Wednesday about their budding romance, saying: “She’s not my girlfriend. We’re people who date. She’s adorable, isn’t she?”
Carmen Electra, who was once married to basketball star Dennis Rodman and rocker Dave Navarro, previously revealed she had fallen for Simon Cowell after she filled in as a guest judge on Britain’s Got Talent.

Khloe Kardashian has been tweeting her excitement surrounding her very first time hosting duties on the X Factor on Wednesday night.
And she started off the live shows with a bang exposing her nipple in a sheer purple blouse as she took to the stage for the live family-friendly broadcast show.
Khloe Kardashian, 28, had opted for a plunging black long-sleeve sheer top with sequined detailing, which she opted to wear with no bra underneath.
She paired the ensemble with a tight-fitting black pencil skirt cinched in at the waist with a leather belt.
Standing alongside co-host Mario Lopez, Khloe Kardashian was smiling as she underwent her hosting duties, seemingly unaware of the wardrobe malfunction.
Afterwards she joked about the incident on her Twitter account, saying: “I think I had a little nip action earlier. LOL.”
But Judge Simon Cowell certainly took note, immediately taking to his own account to make a crude joke about the incident.
“I think the air conditioning is on high tonight looking at khloe,” Simon Cowell wrote on the social networking site.
Khloe Kardashian started off X Factor shows with a bang exposing her nipple
The exposure also caused an social-networking sensation, with several users tweeting up a storm about the incident.
“Just turned on the X Factor… why is Khloe Kardashian’s nipple staring at me. I don’t like it,” one user wrote.
“Who can concentrate on the singing when Khloe’s nipple keeps distracting me?!” another one Tweeted.
But Khloe Kardashian’s hosting skills did not receive as much positive publicity as her nipple.
The Washington Post wrote: “Odom came across like the novice she is, shouting her lines despite the mic clutched in her hand and making awkward small talk with contestants and judge and executive producer Simon Cowell.”
And it added: “Odom sounded like an oddly flirtatious schoolgirl as she introduced Cowell as <<Mr. Sexy>>.”
It is unknown whether Khloe Kardashian was aware that her blouse was so sheer that her modesty would be exposed.
But Simon Cowell will no doubt be delighted at all the extra publicity his struggling show is getting off the back of the incident.
And it is not the first time she has bared her nipple on live television either.
For in June last year Khloe Kardashian highlighted the perils of fashion on the Live with Regis & Kelly show when she accidentally exposed her breast for six minutes, live on the daytime TV program.
Busily promoting the news series of her show Keeping Up With The Kardashians she was unaware that her left nipple was on full view, beneath a transparent panel on her blouse.
Unfortunately for Khloe Kardashian, her hosts on the show Fox And Friends were so interested in her and sister Kourtney that non noticed her mistake.
Her fans were quick to tell her, however.
One tweeted: “Your nipple was showing on Fox and Friends. See through tops.”
Khloé Kardashian laughed off the incident, replying: “Thank God! I f****** love nipples!!!!”
Meanwhile Khloe Kardashian is braving it alone on Wednesday night as she makes her hosting debut live on national television – Lamar Odom can’t make it.

Simon Cowell has become smitten after he began dating the ex fiancée of Formula 1 driver Jenson Button, Louise Griffiths.
Serial dater Simon Cowell, 53, is said to have been on several dates with Louise Griffiths, and is now very taken by her.
Louise Griffiths, 34, began dating British motorsport driver Jensen Button in 2000 before getting engaged to the track star three years later.
But in 2005 they called off their wedding three months before they were due to tie-the-knot.
A friend of singer songwriter Louise Griffiths, who was once a contestant on BBC’s Fame Academy, said that despite Simon Cowell’s obvious commitment issues, the pair are really falling for each other.
The friend told The Sun: “She and Simon have started to get very close. It is early days but there is certainly a chemistry between them.”

With Louise Griffiths being based in Los Angeles, she has had plenty of opportunity to see Simon Cowell on a regular basis.
The pair has shared several kisses and Louise Griffiths was even invited to Simon Cowell’s $22 million Beverly Hills mansion to celebrate his 53rd birthday.
While Simon Cowell’s love life goes from strength to strength he was left fuming when X Factor USA was cut short due to a delayed baseball game.
Simon Cowell had to apologize to fans via Twitter after the Fox network decided to sacrifice Thursday night’s last 16 reveal show.
Steven Tyler has announced he is quitting American Idol show to concentrate on his band.
Aerosmith frontman has been a judge on the US show since 2010 and was due to continue for its 12th season this autumn.
Steven Tyler’s departure comes as ratings continue to fall and fellow judge Jennifer Lopez considers her future.
The rocker said he thought “long” and “hard” about whether to continue but said the time was right to return to his “first love”, his band.
“I’ve decided it’s time for me to let go of my mistress American Idol before she boils my rabbit.
“I strayed from my first love, Aerosmith, and I’m back – but instead of begging on my hands and knees, I’ve got two fists in the air and I’m kicking the door open with my band.”
Steven Tyler has announced he is quitting American Idol show to concentrate on his band
Aerosmith is on a nationwide tour with Steven Tyler and has an album due out in the autumn.
Based on the UK show Pop Idol, American Idol first aired in 2002 and quickly became a major success, transforming music hopefuls such as Jennifer Hudson into stars.
By 2005 it had become the biggest show on US television.
However it has struggled to keep viewers hooked since the departure of Simon Cowell in 2010 to launch American X-Factor, which aired for the first time last year.
The season 11 finale drew 21.5 million viewers – a record low – and ended the season at No. 2 in the ratings, with an average 20 million viewers for the mid-week shows.
There is now a question mark over whether Jennifer Lopez will return for the 12th season, despite a contract worth a reported $12 million and the show’s undoubted boost to her career.
Speaking to the Press Association after Steven Tyler’s announcement, Jennifer Lopez said she was saddened to hear that he was leaving and was weighing up her own decision.
“I can’t even imagine anyone else there right now because I’ve just spent two years sitting next to him,” she said.
“I love Steven, and we became close during that time. We were a great support for each other, on an adventure that neither one of us knew what it was going to be. So it’s hard to hear that he won’t be doing it.”
Jennifer Lopez has already indicated that there is a strong likelihood that she will not return.
“All hope is never lost – not all hope – but at the same time, there are too many things that I need to think about,” she said.
Speculation about potential new panelists has focused on Mariah Carey, with former Idol runner-up Adam Lambert a popular choice among fans.
Commenting on Steven Tyler’s departure, Mark Darnell at Fox, said: “We are very sad that Steven has chosen to focus more on his music, but we always knew when we hired a rock ‘n’ roll legend, he would go back to music.”
Simon Cowell’s entertainment company Syco has confirmed it is taking legal action against US band One Direction.
Earlier this year, One Direction – a Californian pop/punk band – announced they were suing British 1D claiming they had the band name first.
They said they had filed a trademark application for their name in America before the X Factor boy band.
Now Syco has begun a counter-claim suggesting the US band is trying to make money from their success.
Earlier this year Zayn Malik and Harry Styles from the UK group spoke to Radio 1 about the controversy.
They said they would not back down over calls for them to change their name.
Simon Cowell's entertainment company Syco has confirmed it is taking legal action against US band One Direction
The counter-claim is thought to be based on Simon Cowell’s belief that fans of the X Factor runners-up are the ones who are at risk of getting confused over the names.
1D US claim they began selling their album The Light before 1D UK released their debut album Up All Night.
The UK group formed on the ITV1 show in 2010 when the judges put Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Niall Horan together.
They are the first UK group to enter the US Billboard 200 chart at number one with a debut album. The Beatles only managed to reach number two.
Julia Carta, the make-up artist who works with Simon Cowell on Britain’s Got Talent has revealed he also uses products from “Transformulas” to prevent the signs of premature ageing.
Make-up artist Julia Carta, who has also worked with stars including Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley, said she has used the “FaceContour Tightening Créme” and “Eye-lightening Serum” from the beauty range while preparing Simon Cowell for appearances on the TV talent show.
The products were developed by beauty fanatic Rosalind Chapman who, due to a fear of needles, wanted anti-ageing solutions that didn’t involve injections or surgery – that were also affordable.
The “FaceContour Tightening créme”, priced at £36.95 ($58) for 15 ml, is said to contain “potent ingredients” that “help lift, define and sculpt the face to restore its natural beauty”. According to a research, 75% of users saw a reduction in under eye bags, lines and wrinkles after using it.
Meanwhile, the “Eye-lightening serum” offers another way to tackle the appearance of ageing under the eyes. The product promises to fade black bags using nanotechnology and is priced at £29.95 ($47) for 10 ml.

Simon Cowell, 52, has been seeking alternative anti-ageing remedies after it appeared he had taken his reliance on Botox too far on last year’s Britain’s Got Talent.
Viewers were alarmed by the appearance of his bruised face and droopy eyelid, which was blamed on using the face-freezing injections too much.
A source from the show said at the time: “Simon had overdone things a little with the Botox and it soon showed up on camera – especially as we film in high definition, which is particularly unforgiving.”
Simon Cowell isn’t the only celeb who is a fan of Transformulas products. Victoria Beckham is said to use the brand’s EyeLifting Gel, that is said to refresh the delicate skin under the eye using plant extracts.
According to Julia Carta, Simon Cowell’s make-up artist, the media mogul has been spritzing his face with a “miracle” serum made with Japanese herbs and water from the bottom of the sea.
Simon Cowell’s devotion to Botox is no secret, once famously describing it as “no more unusual than toothpaste”.
But, after several face freezing mishaps with the cosmetic toxin, it appears Simon Cowell has turned to a more natural way of maintaining his youthful looks.
Shinso Skin Care – which costs between £155 ($245) and £255 ($400) a bottle – is made from 69 different Japanese herbs and botanicals, including grapefruit peel, honey and olive tree extract, plus water from the depths of the Sea of Japan.
It claims to improve the appearance of skin “within two minutes”, working as a “natural face-lift” by penetrating deep into the skin to boost collagen levels, repairing damage and reducing wrinkles.

International celebrity make-up artist Julia Carta, whose clients include actresses Sienna Miller and Keira Knightley, said she had used Shinso on Simon Cowell during filming for this year’s Britain’s Got Talent series.
“It’s like the Rolls-Royce of skin care – a real treat for the skin,” Julia Carta said.
“It is a bottle of precious water from the bottom of the Japanese sea – it’s really quite unique.
“I used the product on Simon whilst filming throughout the day to refresh his skin. It’s fantastic to hydrate and balance the skin.
“It is great for people coming off long haul flights who need instant hydration. It brightens and plumps the skin. It’s a great product.”
Beauty experts say the sea is one of the most bountiful sources of nutrients for anyone who prefers natural skin care.
Dr. Stefanie Williams, a Harley Street dermatologist, said Shinso was unlikely to give users instant results, as the product makers claimed, but that it did contain ingredients likely to be “beneficial” to staying young.
“This product contains anti-ageing ingredients, such as Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 [a muscle relaxer] and Human Oligopeptide-1 [promotes skin cell growth],” Dr. Stefanie Williams said.
“The instant-effects claim seems like an exaggeration, as it takes time to induce real changes in skin biology.
“But, overall, a good product with beneficial ingredients.”
Nao Tsuruta, who created the product, added: “With Shinso Skin Care, you can rejuvenate even the deepest layers of your skin by utilizing some of nature’s most precious ingredients found in deep sea waters and rare Japanese herbs and botanical extracts.”
Botox is a toxic protein or nerve poison which is injected into the face and forehead to relax frown lines and smooth wrinkles. It works by temporarily paralyzing the facial muscles.
Simon Cowell has admitted having the treatment in the past, saying: “Yes, I’ve had Botox, but not in an obsessive way.
“Then again, every guy I know who works in the City has had it now. It works, you do it once a year – who cares?”
But last year viewers were shocked at Simon Cowell’s appearance when, in June, he appeared to have a drooping left eye during the live Britain’s Got Talent semi-final.
A few months later his face and forehead appeared unnaturally smooth and waxwork-like when he was interviewed on Piers Morgan’s U.S. chat show.
Image-conscious Simon Cowell was also recently reported to have become hooked on an anti-ageing smoothie containing lingonberry, acerola berry and chokeberry that he discovered while touring the U.S. for the American X Factor last year.
Simon Cowell’s unauthorized biography brings to the light more bizarre facts about the music mogul – this time on his efforts to try and stay young.
Simon Cowell, 52, is said to demand six-monthly Botox injections, regular colonic irrigation, intravenous vitamin injections and will only use black toilet paper.
The X Factor mogul eats fresh fruit sent to him by air freight and drinks two smoothies a day made from exotic plants, reported The Sun.
Simon Cowell also has massages, chest waxes, wears tooth caps and dies his hair dark.
The revelations have been made in his unauthorized biography, Sweet Revenge: The Intimate Life of Simon Cowell, by Tom Bower, which is to be published on Friday.
Simon Cowell is reported to have told friends of the Botox: “It simply works. You do it twice a year. Who cares? And it balances my smoking and drinking.”
The wrinkle-smoothing jabs are administered by French doctor Jean-Louis Sebagh in London.
Simon Cowell is said to demand six-monthly Botox injections, regular colonic irrigation, intravenous vitamin injections and will only use black toilet paper
When he is at his home in the U.S., Simon Cowell apparently is hooked up to an intravenous drip in his bedroom for half an hour every Saturday afternoon.
The Sun said it pumps B vitamins and pure vitamin C into his bloodstream.
But Simon Cowell will also take “a saucer full of tablets” each day and doesn’t travel without two suitcases full of eye drops, face creams, bath salts and lotions.
But it’s not just his appearance he takes pride in – Simon Cowell splashes money on the finer things in life.
He apparently insists on black toilet paper in the bathroom of his U.S. homes.
Simon Cowell reportedly spends $5,000 a week on fresh flowers and recently spent $12.5 million renovating his $30 million Beverly Hills mansion on North Palm Drive.
Simon Cowell also owns an $11 million home in Trousdale Place which is being rebuilt in Balinese style to be used as an office.
A new revelation from the unauthorized biography of Simon Cowell, Sweet Revenge: The Intimate Life Of Simon Cowell, has showed that the life of the music mogul can be more than a little perilous.
Author Tom Bower claims in the book that Simon Cowell found himself the victim of theft after having a drunken one-night stand with a woman back in October 2011.
Simon Cowell is said to have met the girl in Hollywood nightclub Drai’s and taken her back to his hotel, according to The Sun.
He awoke to find his wallet and laptop missing. Simon Cowell called the police to track down the device, which contained secret information about his TV shows.
The woman allegedly agreed to return the computer, but kept money from the supremo’s wallet.
The claims surrounding the theft are just a few of the revelations stemming from Tom Bower’s new book, due to hit shelves on Friday.
A separate story in the Daily Star newspaper today alleges that Simon Cowell was secretly engaged to Page Three girl Louise Payne, after she split from husband and Right Said Fred star Fred Fairbrass.
But their three-year relationship ended when the buxom blonde said she wanted to start a family with Simon Cowell, but he was too busy.
Simon Cowell’s unauthorized biography claims that he was secretly engaged to Page Three girl Louise Payne after she split from Fred Fairbrass
Simon Cowell apparently popped the question to the now-43-year-old in a lift during a business trip to New York, reported the Daily Star.
A source told the newspaper: “Simon was heartbroken. They tried to make it work but it all went wrong.”
Simon Cowell and Louise Payne met at a function in London in 1995, after the end of Louise’s marriage to guitarist Fred, now 55.
They allegedly first exchanged numbers at the party which Simon Cowell was attended with his brother Nicholas.
But during their first date, Simon Cowell had the flu and thought he had blown his chances. A year later they bumped into each other and began a romance.
The source added: “The relationship had its ups and downs. They split twice but he was so in love with her he kept trying to make it work.
“After the third attempt, they split for good. It was just before he started on Pop Idol. Louise wanted kids and he knew he wasn’t ready.
“He never stopped loving her, though. He was heartbroken.”
The revelation comes as Tom Bower reveals a string of claims about Simon Cowell’s previous escapades, including a short fling with fellow X Factor judge Dannii Minogue.
Simon Cowell’s string of girlfriends also include former Page Three girl Jackie St. Clair, 48, model and lap-dancer Georgina Law, 31, model Jasmine Lennard, 26, 1980s pop star Sinitta, 48, and TV presenter Terri Seymour, 38.
He has never been married but in 2010 he proposed to make-up artist Mezghan Hussainy, 38.
But their relationship ended in September last year.
Dannii Minogue’s former boss Simon Cowell has come out with an extraordinary account of a fleeting affair between the two.
Simon Cowell, 52, who loves nothing more than to polish his image as a ladykiller, has confirmed rumors of a fling in an “unauthorized” biography.
Sweet Revenge: The Intimate Life Of Simon Cowell has been written by respected author Tom Bower.
Tom Bower has not allowed Simon Cowell to read the final manuscript, but during hours of interviews it seems the two men became friends.
It is clear Simon Cowell is loving the attention of being presented as the pasha at the head of a talent show TV harem. “Yikes!” he tweeted triumphantly after seeing the newspaper headlines proclaiming “Cowell’s Affair With Dannii”. Smug barely covers it.
Simon Cowell has long suffered jibes and speculation about his sexuality. Just recently, the Village Voice in New York ran an article titled: Simon Cowell: Gay Or Just British?
The X Factor judge Louis Walsh has long enjoyed catty observations about Simon Cowell’s camp demeanor.
“He is camp, he is theatrical,” says Louis Walsh.
“He tilts his head just like a woman.”
Simon Cowell told Tom Bower he fell for Dannii Minogue after she joined The X Factor’s judging panel in 2007.
“It was genuine love,” Simon Cowell claims.
However, a long-standing friend of his said: “Whenever Simon uses the phrase genuine, you know it’s not true.”
His account of the romance is as follows: “I had a crush on her. It was her hair, the sexy clothes and the ***s. She was foxy. She was a real man’s girl. Very feminine.”
Simon Cowell says they got together in August 2007. An affair was rumored at the time. They were pictured holding hands in a car leaving BBC TV Centre, and Simon Cowell said repeatedly on the record that he “fancied” Dannii Minogue, though at the time they both denied anything had gone on.
“Every guy in the world fancies Dannii,” he said in an interview at the time. “She’s become a sex symbol since joining the show.”
Why did it end? Apparently, Simon Cowell told a friend: “There were a few bonks and then it petered out while I was in America.”
Not quite the stuff of grand romance, then.
Simon Cowell has never married and none of his many relationships has lasted. There have also been numerous flings and liaisons, which he has been lucky to keep out of the newspapers.
One relative of a Simon Cowell conquest said: “He is very intense and controlling, and then when he cools off he simply couldn’t care less. I don’t really know if he has ever been in love. He will say he is, but it’s not in his make-up, in my opinion.”
Another long-standing colleague says: “Simon is only fully committed to work, making money and to himself. It’s all about him.
“The only person he cares about other than himself – who he has ever cared about – is his mum, Julie.
“He likes pretty girls and being in a relationship, but they end up just being useful arrangements. He will never get married. That’s the way it is – it’s not the wrong girl or the wrong time, it’s just Simon.”
Dannii Minogue’s former boss Simon Cowell has come out with an extraordinary account of a fleeting affair between the two
In the book, Tom Bower says, perhaps more tactfully, that Simon Cowell felt he was not ready for a relationship with Dannii Minogue, having just split with long-term girlfriend Terri Seymour.
It’s all rather odd, though, as Simon Cowell and Terri Seymour split officially only in November 2008 – more than a year after the fling with Dannii Minogue. And, in April 2008, as rumors circulated that the relationship with Terri Seymour was over, Simon Cowell’s spokesman Max Clifford insisted that they were still a couple.
Now Max Clifford has changed his tune and claims they were, in fact, separated.
“Simon was single and Dannii was single and there was an attraction between them, so that’s life,” he said.
A friend adds: “He and Terri had split up a long time before they made the official announcement. They both knew what the situation was then and there was no problem with it on either side.”
Others, though, say that he has been an unfaithful partner.
Eighties pop star Sinitta, who dated him for a number of years and remains a close friend, has called Simon Cowell a “master of denial”. She caught him out several times with other women and described him as a “horny, salty dog”, saying he likes women of every color, culture and size.
Despite his affair with Dannii Minogue, when it later suited him to drop her as a judge from The X Factor, Simon Cowell did so without a backward glance.
Dannii Minogue, now 40, has just split from her partner Kris Smith and issued not a word on the subject yesterday. Her PR Simon Jones said: “I’m sorry, but I’m not making any comment on this story, on the record or off it.”
As she is dealing with her own romantic heartbreak and has been hung out to dry in order to make Simon Cowell look good, she could be forgiven for feeling pretty bitter about it all.
But then, as the many people whom he has picked up and shed along the way can tell you, Simon Cowell is an egomaniac of ocean-going dimensions. If it suits him to drop you, he will – even Louis Walsh was sacked from The X Factor panel and later reinstated.
If he thinks it helps his TV show to humiliate you, he will – witness The X Factor’s cannon fodder auditionees.
If he thinks it is good publicity to cast you alongside someone who hates your guts, he will.
Indeed, the revelation of an affair with Dannii Minogue sheds a fascinating light on the feud between her and fellow former X Factor judge, Sharon Osbourne.
Sharon Osbourne declared war within a few weeks of Dannii Minogue joining the judging panel and developed an almost pathological dislike of the younger woman.
She said only last year that Dannii Minogue was “****ing useless” and described her as “not so much a dim bulb as a power cut”.
Now we know she was jealous of Simon Cowell’s flirtatious preference for Dannii Minogue. He just sat back and watched them snipe at each other, thinking it amusing and good for the TV ratings.
Sharon Osbourne quit her job over it and Dannii Minogue was repeatedly reduced to tears, yet he never rode to her rescue. So much for “genuine love”. And if you thought the topic of his private life could not be any grubbier, then consider his “crush” on singer Natalie Imbruglia, another gorgeous Australian.
In his book, Tom Bower reveals that she was invited on the yacht Simon Cowell hired last New Year.
Allegedly, he hoped they could rekindle a former affair – but he got nothing more than a kiss and cuddle. After four days, the embarrassed singer left the ship.
It is worth remembering that at the time Simon Cowell was still with his fiancée Mezhgan Hussainy, known as Mish.
Mish Hussainy, once his make-up artist, told her family at the time that she and Simon Cowell were together, even as he was allegedly attempting to seduce Natalie Imbruglia.
She also had to put up with Simon Cowell’s pursuit of Cheryl Cole, which he confirmed to Tom Bower.
It was obvious to everyone watching The X Factor that he adored Cheryl Cole.
Simon Cowell used to put his arms around her during the show. Colleagues noticed they shared cigarette breaks and Cheryl Cole would often visit his dressing room.
With a tactlessness which is his trademark, Simon Cowell told an interviewer that it would be “a fantasy come true” to kiss her.
“When I’m sitting next to her, I forget everyone else,” he said.
Cheryl Cole said that he was so charismatic she felt he had put her in a trance. In the book, he admits: “I would have liked an affair with Cheryl, but I felt like a mouse being played with by a beautiful cat.”
In the end, Simon Cowell fired her from The X Factor USA after warning her to raise her game.
Did it ever occur to Simon Cowell that his pursuit of Cheryl Cole must have been uncomfortable for Dannii Minogue – and humiliating for his fiancée?
Perhaps it just didn’t. For Simon Cowell has a rhinoceros hide when it comes to such niceties.
There have long been rumors that he dates women on both sides of the Atlantic at the same time and the book would seem to add credence to them.
Simon Cowell had a romance with model Jasmine Lennard in 2006, during his relationship with Terri Seymour. She was seen arriving at his London house in a fur coat and high heels, and he took her to Ascot. And when it was all over, Jasmine Lennard disappeared – never to discuss the subject in public. Might she be one of the women whom he admits he has paid off?
He was certainly generous to Terri Seymour, buying her a house and paying for it to be refurbished by the celebrity interior designer Kelly Hoppen. There were also reports of a $5 million cash settlement for her – small change for Simon Cowell, who is worth more than $300 million.
His PR spokesman Max Clifford said: “Simon is naturally a very generous person.
“If he has spent a long time with someone and the magic has gone, but they have got used to a certain standard of living, then he feels they should have some money.”
What a curiously stunted emotional life Simon Cowell seems to have. He may be 52, but it’s all crushes and flings, like a teenager.
He says he is in love, but there doesn’t seem to be any room in his life for anything resembling it.
Simon Cowell has decided to cancel his engagement to make-up artist Mezghan Hussainy after quickly realizing she wasn’t the one.
In a new biography of the music mogul, it was revealed that Simon Cowell cancelled plans to marry the stunning Afghan some time ago and plans to give her his $8 million Beverly Hills home as a generous parting gift.
Soon after their February 2010 engagement, Mezghan Hussainy reportedly became upset over Simon Cowell’s busy lifestyle and his relationships with his circle of close female friends.
Simon Cowell has famously remained friendly with ex-girlfriends Jackie St. Clair, Sinitta and Terri Seymour, even buying the latter a $4.6 million house in Los Angeles following their split in 2008.
The pair soon started arguing frequently with the Britain’s Got Talent judge soon realizing he’d made a mistake by asking her to marry him.
Simon Cowell has decided to cancel his engagement to make-up artist Mezghan Hussainy after quickly realizing she wasn't the one
Friends of Simon Cowell speak of his embarrassment at realizing he didn’t want to marry Mezghan Hussainy in a new unauthorized biogaphy, Sweet Revenge: The Intimate Life Of Simon Cowell by Tom Bower.
After Simon Cowell returned home late from an American Idol taping one night in 2010, furious Mezghan Hussainy lashed out at him, in front of his mother Julie, 87.
Julie Cowell is quoted as saying: “The tension was horrendous. The way Mezhgan behaved made my stomach churn.”
After Mezghann Hussainy apparently stormed out, his mother said: “Something’s wrong here Simon. It’s not what we thought. I was very happy and now I’m not.”
Simon Cowell admitted they were having issues: “There’s a problem.”
He soon admitted to his friends he’d made a “big mistake” and decided to move into the Peninsula Hotel in LA, rather than share a roof with her.
Simon Cowell eventually admitted to Mezghan Hussainy there was no future for them, but declined to make a public announcement to that effect.
Simon Cowell was last photographed with Mezghan Hussainy last September leaving a friend’s house in Beverly Hills.
She wasn’t wearing her engagement ring at the time and Simon Cowell’s spokesperson Max Clifford said: “Well I don’t know about planning a wedding – I think you might have to wait 20 years for Simon to plan a wedding but they are as close as they’ve ever been.”
In an interview last September, Simon Cowell said: “I’m not going to lie, everything this year has been about working on The X Factor. It has probably been the busiest year I’ve ever had.
“Making the choice to get married is something you just have to decide when the time is right.”
Simon Cowell and divorcee Mezghan Hussainy met while she was a make-up artist on American Idol.
They got engaged on Valentine’s Day 2010 at Simon Cowell’s West London home, when he proposed with a $400,000 diamond ring from jewellers Graff.
The new book claims Simon Cowell started seeing Mezghann Hussainy in 2006, when he was still living with ex-girlfriend, TV presenter Terri Seymour.
The 80s singer Sinitta’s high-profile romances with Brad Pitt and Simon Cowell have been discussed often, but she kept her mouth shut when it came to comparing their prowess in the bedroom.
Sinitta, 43, gushed about the then-twentysomething Brad Pitt’s body when she was quizzed by her I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! campmates.
But Sinitta wouldn’t be drawn on whether or not Brad Pitt was a better lover than Simon Cowell – who she is still close friends with – leaving the camp to guess amongst themselves.
When asked by Dougie Poynter who was better in bed, she responded: “Who do you think?”
McFly bandmember Dougie Poynter suggested Brad Pitt, prompting Sinitta to reply: “Why? Because he’s prettier?”
To which Dougie Poynter explained: “No, I reckon Simon’s sex life is too organized. It will be like, <<it is five past 10, we must have sex for seven minutes, darling>>. Then afterwards it will be, <<That was shocking>>.”
Sinitta dated Brad Pitt in the the late 80s after splitting from long-term love Simon Cowell
When model Emily Scott asked Sinitta what Brad Pitt looked like naked, she reminisced: “Hot. He was beautiful with the most amazing body. I saw him for two years.
“He was fun, he was young and very sweet. Some ardent fan gave me a slap when I came out of a supermarket over that relationship!
“It was before he made Thelma And Louise but even I saw that movie and thought <<Oh my God, what have I done?>>”
Dougie Poynter pressed Sinitta further on the bedroom talk and asked about Brad Pitt’s “manhood”.
While Sinitta declined to describe the size of it, she smirked: “Much bigger than yours, Dougie.”
Sinitta dated Brad Pitt in the the late 80s after splitting from long-term love Simon Cowell.
