In an interview with Howard Stern on Sirius XM, Rumer Willis has opened up about her mother Demi Moore’s marriage to Ashton Kutcher.
Rumer Willis, 26, admits Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore’s May-December romance was awkward given that Kutcher was one of her celeb crushes when she was younger.
“He was one of many on the wall, but I totally did,” Rumer Willis said about hanging Ashton Kutcher’s poster in her bedroom.
“I feel like I told my sister that, <<Man, ugh, alright, gotta cross him off the list>>.”
The Dancing with the Stars contestant said the awkwardness didn’t last very long, and she quickly accepted Ashton Kutcher’s role as stepfather.
“It was definitely weird for a minute but I have to commend him, he was a really great stepfather and the perspective shifted very quickly,” Rumer Willis said.
“That’s when you open up your Teen Beat and then you just take him down, find someone else and put him up.”
Demi Moore, 52, and Ashton Kutcher, 37, were married in September 2005, but separated in 2011 following an Us Weekly report that he cheated on her with a woman named Sara Leal in San Diego.
However, Rumer Willis said she didn’t feel any skepticism about the relationship despite plenty of naysayers given the former couple’s age difference.
Earlier this month, The Longest Ride actor Scott Eastwood dropped a bombshell during his Watch What Happens Live appearance, when he claimed that he was actually dating Sara Leal when she allegedly cheated on him with Ashton Kutcher.
Ashton Kutcher filed for divorce from Demi Moore in December 2012, citing irreconcilable differences. The divorce was finalized on November 2013. He is now married to Mila Kunis and they have a daughter together.
Tallulah Willis entered rehab shortly after tweeting a cryptic message on July 23, People magazine reported.
While the tweet has since been deleted from the 20-year-old daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore’s page, several sources indicated to the publication that she’s seeking help.
“The situation had been building for a while,” a family insider said.
“She’s been dealing with some unhappiness, and everything sort of came to a head,” the insider added.
“I struggled a lot when I was younger,” Tallulah Willis previously said in a video posted on her fashion blog, adding that she was “diagnosed with body dysmorphia”.

“[I was] reading those stupid f—ing tabloids when I was, like, 13, feeling like I was just ugly, always,” she continued on her blog.
“I believed the strangers more than the people that loved me, because why would the people who loved me be honest?”
While her famous parents are reportedly standing by her side, sister Rumer Willis celebrated her 26th birthday with a bang.
“Best birthday cake ever,” Bruce Willis and Demi Moore’s oldest daughter wrote on Instagram on August 16 with a photo of a gun-shaped birthday cake, which her post indicated was received from her mother.
“Thank you mama for making this day so special.”
Rumer Willis also posted a funny black-and-white photo that appeared to be taken in a photo booth.
Only six years older than Tallulah and three years older than their other sister Scout, 23, Rumer Willis seems to be on the path of self-discovery and self-love despite the trials and tribulations she’s endured throughout her young life.

Sources close to the family told RadarOnline that the family has reached”’breaking point” following a series of fights.
“Rumer, Scout and Tallulah just don’t want to deal with the drama at the moment,” the source said.
“Since breaking up with Ashton, Demi Moore has been a mess.
“The girls were there for her through it all – the split and the rehab but now they just feel like they need a little distance.”
Things were said to have come to a head when Demi Moore attended Tallulah’s high school graduation.
The trio of sisters allegedly did not want their mother there. Demi Moore arrived alone looking miserable, while the girls looked happier with father Bruce Willis, and they were not pictured with their mother.
There have also been reports that the girls continued relationship with Ashton Kutcher has caused tensions.
Ashton Kutcher was present at a nightclub to see Rumer sing back in April and the pair were also seen meeting up in May.
A source told the gossip site: “They [Rumer, Tallulah and Scout] all adore him and talk to him regularly which Demi hates, but he was a huge part of their lives when they were growing up and they don’t want to break off all contact with him.”
The family has had their fair share of drama of late. Earlier this week Tallulah was at the centre of nude photo scandal. And sister Rumer is lamenting the disappearance of her dog.
