Spain’s Supreme Court will examine one of two paternity suits against former King Juan Carlos, it was reported this week.

On January 14, the court announced that it will hear the case of Belgian housewife Ingrid Jeanne Sartiau, born in 1966, who claims that King Juan Carlos is her father.

It is the first lawsuit to be brought against Juan Carlos, 77, who lost his total immunity from prosecution when he abdicated in favor of his son Felipe in 2014.

A spokesman for the royal palace declined to comment, saying only that it respected the judiciary’s independence.

The court dismissed a second paternity suit lodged by Spanish waiter Alberto Solá Jiménez, 58, who claims to be King Juan Carlos’s son. A court official told AP that Alberto Solá Jimenez’s claim lacked legal basis.

Alberto Solá Jimenez has claimed that his mother, the daughter of a well-known Barcelona banker, may have had an affair with King Juan Carlos before he married Queen Sofia.

Ingrid Jeanne Sartiau and Alberto Sola Jimenez joined forces in 2012 and underwent DNA tests that showed there was a 91% chance that they had a parent in common.

Their bid to make King Juan Carlos take a paternity test at the time failed due to his protection from prosecution as a serving monarch.

The reign of King Juan Carlos was marred in later years by a series of scandals, including an extravagant elephant-hunting trip to Botswana during the economic recession.

Juan Carlos’ youngest daughter, Princess Cristina, is due to stand trial on charges of tax fraud following a long-running corruption scandal.

Infanta Cristina and her husband Inaki Urdangarin, who is accused of embezzling public funds, both deny any wrongdoing.

King Felipe VI has been trying to clean up the image of the Royal institution and restore its waning popularity.

Model Michael Girgenti has filed a paternity suit against Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick.

Looking understandably miserable, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick were seen walking together to the new Mr. Chow restaurant in Malibu, with Scott walking one step ahead of his partner.

It was revealed yesterday that Kourtney Kourtney is facing a lawsuit from Michael Girgenti, who claims he is Mason’s biological father.

Michael Girgenti alleges he had a relationship with Kourtney Kardashian after they met on a photoshoot in August 2008 and has filed paperwork at Los Angeles County Superior Court in a bid to get joint custody of her three-year-old child, Mason.

According to gossip website TMZ.com, Michael Girgenti wants the judge to order DNA tests for Kourtney Kardashian, Mason and her long-term boyfriend Scott Disick, who is father to her daughter Penelope, 13 months.

A hearing has been set for next month.

The lawsuit documents the alleged relationship between Kourtney Kardashian and Michael Girgenti, which he claims heated up in March 2009, when she told him her relationship with Scott Disick was “on the outs” and “she wanted to hang”.

Kourtney Kardashian, who in March was said to be “furious” over Michael Girgenti’s claims has yet to comment personally on the fresh allegations.

However, her lawyer told TMZ.com on Friday that Girgenti’s allegations are “absurd”.

“This individual has been selling false and fabricated stories to the tabloids for years about Kourtney Kardashian and her son, Mason.  Scott Disick is Mason’s father,” Todd Wilson told the website.

“We have not seen the reported court filing, but we are informed that this individual has been seeking to get paid to publish his ridiculous pleading.

“His claims are absurd and this is simply another shameful attempt to gain publicity and profit from fictional stories about my client.”

Kourtney Kardashian was seen outside her lawyer’s office on Wednesday, no doubt seeking advice over the embarrassing and upsetting lawsuit.

Michael Girgenti claims they had a relationship and as soon as she had given birth to Mason – born on 14 December 2009 – he tried contacting her.

The allegations first came to light in March earlier this year when Michael Girgenti told In Touch magazine: “After [Mason] was born, and I saw photos of him, I began to wonder.

“I would definitely want to acknowledge Mason if he’s my kid – he deserves to know his real father.”

A legal representative for the Kourtney Kardashian previously branded the Chicago native’s allegations “preposterous and an outrageous lie”.

Justin Bieber has used a humorous clip of Sacha Baron Cohen as Borat to send Mariah Yeater, the woman who falsely accused him of fathering her child, a message.

During “RANDOMTWITTERHOUR”, Justin Bieber, 18, gave a shout-out to his former fan Mariah Yeater that she might not want to tell her friends about.

Mariah Yeater, 20, filed a false paternity claim, accusing Justin Bieber of impregnating her after the two allegedly had sex backstage at one of his concerts.

Last night, Justin Bieber wrote: “Dear mariah yeeter [sic] …we have never met…so from the heart i just wanted to say…” and posted a link to a clip from the movie Borat with Sacha Baron Cohen’s character repeatedly saying: “You’ll never get this.”

Mariah Yeater’s case against was thrown out of court and hasn’t been in the headlines since last year, but it’s the first time Justin Bieber has shown any level of resentment for the pain she must have caused him.

Single mother Mariah Yeater quietly dismissed her paternity suit against the teenage star in November.

Her lawsuit seeking a paternity test and child support was withdrawn in November.

The withdrawal of the suit came after Justin Bieber not only said he would submit to a DNA test, but was also planning to sue Mariah Yeater for making a bogus claim.

Mariah Yeater shocked Justin Bieber’s legions of fans – and his girlfriend Selena Gomez – when she claimed he had fathered her son during a 30-second tryst in a bathroom after his concert at Los Angeles’ Staples Center on October 25 last year.

In an interview on U.S. TV show The Insider last year, Mariah Yeater claimed: “He [Bieber] immediately took a liking to me and we just got to talking and then he eventually asked me, <<Do you mind if we can go somewhere and be alone?>>”

When Mariah Yeater was quizzed over what evidence she has to support her claims, she said she has provided some to her attorney but could not discuss it on camera.

She added: “It’ll show in court to prove that my allegations are true.”

The Insider confronted Mariah Yeater with a security guard who claims that on the night in question, Justin Bieber’s dressing room was full of friends and family, staying with the teenage heartthrob until he left.

Asked for her response on the guard’s claims, Mariah Yeater said: “No comment.”

The authenticity of Mariah Yeater’s claims and her character were put under the microscope after photos of her stripping leaked online last week.

Mariah Yeater was also arrested in 2010 for slapping an ex-boyfriend and charged with battery.

Justin Bieber addressed the rumors on the U.S Today Show, saying: “I would just like to say basically that none of those allegations are true.

“I know that I’m going to be a target but I’m never going to be a victim.

“I think it’s crazy because every night after the show I’m gone, right from the stage to my car so it’s crazy that some people want to make up such false allegations but to set the record straight, none of it is true.

“I’ve never met the woman.”

Mariah Yeater has quietly dropped her paternity lawsuit against teenage pop star Justin Bieber.

Mariah Yeater, 20, who gave birth to son Tristyn four months ago, has apparently had a change of heart after filing legal action against Justin Bieber two weeks ago.

The single mother’s lawsuit seeking a paternity test and child support was withdrawn last week, according to TMZ.com.

Lance Rogers and Matt Pare, the two lawyers who were representing Mariah Yeater, have apparently resigned.

The withdrawal of the suit comes after Justin Bieber not only said he would submit to a DNA test, but was also planning to sue Mariah Yeater for making a bogus claim.
