1. Find community, advice, and friendship online.

Even if you don’t think of it, having a community online is a great way to feel supported and pampered. 4. Purchase something shiny for yourself.

Buying something shiny and new just for yourself is a great pick me up no matter who you are, but as a mom, these little luxuries can make a huge impact.
