Kourtney Kardashian confirmed on Thursday that Scott Disick is the biological father of her three-year-old son Mason despite Michael Girgenti’s paternity claims.
And pictures have emerged of Scott Disick which appear to be just after he learned of the paternity results.
Scott Disick, 30, looks relieved as he keeps his head down while leaving a Los Angeles hospital, with Kourtney Kardashian, 34, and Mason following behind him.
Kourtney Kardashian was asked by model Michael Girgenti to allow Mason to undergo the test, after he claimed they slept together while she and Scott Disick were on a break from their relationship in March 2009.
But lab results from tests conducted on August 12 have proved his allegations are false.
As they left the hospital on Thursday, Kourtney Kardashian also appeared to be relieved, looking more relaxed than she has done in recent days as she walked along hand-in-hand with her little boy.
As she confirmed the paternity results on Thursday, Kourtney Kardashian told E! News: “After three-and-a-half years of lies being spread by an individual I met briefly at a photo shoot, I am setting the record straight that Scott is Mason’s father.

“While it saddens me to have to address these ridiculous lies – especially when the truth was never in doubt – this story must be put to rest.”
However, Michael Girgenti appeared to not have accepted the results of the text as conclusive and plans to press ahead with the paternity lawsuit he filed earlier this month.
“We don’t trust the results and believe it could have been fixed,” his spokesperson told Radar.
“Still going to court to fight for court ordered results.”
Michael Girgenti had claimed that he fathered Kourtney Kardashian’s son Mason amid a steamy love affair.
But before taking the case to court, he reportedly wrote an impassioned letter to Kourtney Kardashian urging her to submit to a DNA test.
According to RadarOnline the letter, dated April 23, stated that the 26-year-old male model wished to avoid dragging Kourtney Kardashian and her partner Scott Disick to court.
“My attentions [sic] are not to hurt the family you’ve created with Scott,” Michael Girgenti wrote.
“Please take this final request for a DNA test seriously,” he wrote before taking on a more stern tone: “Because if you don’t, I will be forced to take legal action and sue.”
He continued: “I assure you I don’t take being a father lightly. I will be a great father to Mason.”
Last week, Michael Girgenti filed paperwork at a Los Angeles County Superior Court in a bid to get joint custody of Mason.
The lawsuit documents the alleged relationship between Kourtney Kardashian and Michael Girgenti, which he claims heated up in August 2008, and continued with months of texting in which she told him her relationship with Scott Disick was “on the outs” and “she wanted to hang”.
According to gossip website TMZ.com, Michael Girgenti wanted the judge to order DNA tests for Kourtney Kardashian, Mason and Scott Disick.
Kim Kardashian seems happy to keep the world waiting by having a little fun before she reveals daughter North West.
Posting a picture on her Facebook page of herself cradling a newborn, with sister Kourtney cooing beside her, Kim Kardashian set the rumor mill in motion by commenting: “Love these precious moments…”
At last, the world thought they were glimpsing the daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West for the very first time after her birth in June.
“Enough, we all know it’s not your baby Kim,” Kathy Jimenez commented, while Carla C. Aguilera Mantovani confirmed: “It’s Mason!”
And on closer inspection it became more obvious that these perceptive fans were correct in identifying the baby as Mason Disick, the son of Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick.
The baby in the “fake-out” photograph was wrapped in a blue blanket, indicating it was a boy in the picture, and Kim Kardashian looked significantly slimmer than she might be expected to be after giving birth a month ago.

Some fans however, did not see the funny side of the joke.
Anabel Ibarra Covarrubias posted: “Enough kim!! We already know this is not ur baby north west !! … U want millions of dollars just to see ur baby ? C’mom … Ur baby worth that money? Cuz i dont think so !!!”
This isn’t the first time Kim Kardashian has fooled people into thinking they were seeing a picture of her newborn.
Shortly after the birth on June 15, TMZ reported that Kim Kardashian had text pictures of various babies who were not her daughter to a number of friends in a bid to discover whether they could be trusted.
As the first picture of North West will be worth a vast amount of money, it is said that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West wanted to see whether any of their friends would try to sell the fake picture.
Unfortunately for Kim Kardashian and her family, it appeared that their worries were not baseless as one recipient attempted to sell the photo to at least one news outlet.
Although we have only seen one picture of Kim Kardashian herself since the birth – a shot her sister Khloe shared via Instagram showing the new mother sleeping – Radar Online reported that Kim has been spotted out and about in Southern California, though keeping a low profile and avoiding the paparazzi.
A source also told the gossip website that “Kim is excited to have the whole world see her baby”.
However, fiercely protective Kanye West has made it clear that his baby girl “isn’t America’s baby”.
Fans shouldn’t have to wait too long though – it is rumored that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are considering a $2 million magazine deal that will debut baby North to the world.
Kourtney Kardashian is on the defensive over claims Scott Disick is not the biological father of their 3-year-old son Mason.
Kourtney Kardashian, 33, has been asked to allow Mason to undergo a paternity test.
The request was made by male model Michael Girgenti, who claims he and Kourtney Kardashian slept together nine months before Mason was born, In Touch magazine has reported.
During that time in March 2009, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick, 30, were apparently on a break.

A legal representative for Kourtney Kardashian has branded Michael Girgenti’s allegations “preposterous and an outrageous lie”.
The legal rep insisted the reality star, who also shares daughter Penelope, 9 months, with Scott Disick, never gave Michael Girgenti her contact details after they briefly met at a photo shoot and never came into contact with him again.
Michael Girgenti, 26, told In Touch magazine: “After [Mason] was born, and I saw photos of him, I began to wonder. I would definitely want to acknowledge Mason if he’s my kid – he deserves to know his real father.”
This is not the first time the extremely wealthy Kardashian family has been confronted by allegations of paternity.
Kourtney Kardashian’s younger sister Khloe, 28, has had to regularly deny rumors that their late father Robert Kardashian was not her biological father.
Their half-sister Kylie Jenner, 15, also recently hit back at reports that her father Bruce Jenner may not be her real father.
Last month Kylie Jenner shared her disgust in relation to the rumors with her fans on Twitter, writing: “Yes, my father is my father and no my parents aren’t getting a divorce.
“You guys can’t believe any of these magazines. It’s all bulls**t.
“And even though I don’t let these stories get to my head. Imagine you at 15 & someone telling you your father isn’t your father.
“EWWWW people disgust me. You’re all pathetic.
“Wait. But you’re ACTUALLY pathetic. Going after a 15-year-old and telling her father isn’t her father. Like WHAT? Are you insane?
“This makes me so mad. And I’m not taking the time to write all this because this hurts me. I’m writing this for the other teens my age.”
