In an interview with Maria Shriver airing next on November 3 and 4 on Today show, J-Lo, 45, opens up about the failed engagement to Ben Affleck and her quick rebound with ex-husband Marc Anthony.

“Right away when you broke up with Ben Affleck, Marc Anthony was there, like, two days later, and you were in,” said Maria Shriver, referring to J-Lo who broke up with Ben Affleck in January and had married Anthony by June.
“Right, you’re absolutely right,” acknowledged the singer.
Jennifer Lopez added: “It was probably my first big heartbreak, and to have one of my best friends who I’d known for years who I actually love and did have chemistry with come into my life and say, <<I’m here>>. What you need to know is, nobody can save you or heal you. Only you can do that for you.”

Marc Anthony has settled an ongoing court battle with his ex-wife, former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres, regarding child support.
A judge ordered Marc Anthony to pay $26,800 per month in child support for his two sons with Dayanara Torres, Christian and Ryan.

Marc Anthony, 45, was previously paying $13,400 a month. Dayanara Torres requested that amount be raised to $123,426 a month in November 2013, citing lifestyle changes, in addition to child support needs. Part of the ten-fold child support increase included the need for a nanny and housekeeper, which would cost Dayanara Torres up to $7,000 a month.
According to court documents, Marc Anthony’s legal team offered $28,000 per month, but the judge ordered $26,800. His team also offered $30,000 per year for travel, but the judge ordered $12,000.
The documents also revealed that the original judgment required Marc Anthony to pay support until the kids were 21, plus college education. The judge terminated support when the kids turn 18, per California law.
Marc Anthony and Dayanara Torres, 39, were married from 2000 to 2004. One week after their divorce was finalized, Marc Anthony married Jennifer Lopez.

Marc Anthony, 44, reportedly told Chloe Green their romance was over and the designer, who at 22 is just three years older than her lover’s oldest daughter, moved her belongings out of their shared Miami house.
Chloe Green, whose father Sir Philip is worth an estimated £3.8 billion ($6 billion), was first spotted out with Jennifer Lopez’s ex-husband in February.

The source added the decision to split was sudden and Chloe Green has now left Miami to go on holiday with friends to recover.
Marc Anthony was married to Jennifer Lopez for 8 years and has twins Emme Maribel Muñiz and Maximillian David Muñiz with the star.
He also has a daughter Ariana from his relationship with former New York police officer Debbie Rosado and two sons with ex-wife former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres.

J-Lo was on the Katie Show to promote her new film Parker in which she plays a newly divorced woman. Filming as she went through her own divorce was cathartic, the singer said.
“It was kind of perfect to be honest, because I was very in touch with all the emotions,” Jennifer Lopez said.
“I play a character who is really literally at the worst point of her life. She’s divorced, she’s pushing forty and her work isn’t doing well and she is living with her mum.
“So she’s at the worst point of her life and at that moment when I was doing the movie, I felt the same way.
“It was the worst time of my life going through the divorce with the kids, so it was kind of a blessing – as these can be sometimes – to be able to use all those emotions and all those feelings and put them somewhere.
“As when you have kids and you have to get up every day – and it’s hard to get up when you feel that bad – and you have to hide it all day at work and hide in front of the kids, so to be able to use it in the scenes and really look how I felt was great.”
J-Lo, who was joined by her co-star Jason Statham, also revealed that she was terrified to do a scene where she had to strip down in front of Jason’s character Parker.
“It’s nerve racking you know it’s coming, it’s nerve racking and you just have to suck it up,” Jennifer Lopez said.
In order to look her best, J-Lo starved herself for “a few days” before the scene but had a bag of McDonald’s waiting for her.
“I saw you running down the stairs with a bag and I was like <<What’s in the bag?>> and you’re like <<Go away, go away>>,” Jason Statham said, realizing what his co-star was up to.
Despite talking about how hard she has found it since getting divorced, J-Lo did reveal that her boyfriend Casper Smart and her have taken the next step in their relationship – buying a dog together.
