Lindsay Lohan apparently grabbed $15,000 worth of clothing from the set of her new film, Scary Movie 5.
The items were on her wardrobe racks and the actress has been accused of helping herself to them, according to a new report in the National Enquirer.
The National Enquirer claims to have spoken to a set insider, who alleged Lindsay Lohan, 26, took some “nice tops and skirts” among other things while shooting the movie last month.
“It was the talk of the set in Atlanta,” the whistleblower told the publication.
“The clothes were on her wardrobe racks. Some nice tops and skirts and other items were gone.
“I guess Lindsay thought she was entitled to it, like free soap at a hotel. All the other actors knew about it, but the producers just put it down to the price you had to pay for doing business with Lindsay.”

The source added: “The wardrobe people were unhappy about the missing clothes, but at the end of the day the producers decided it was more trouble than it was worth to try and get them back.”

Lindsay Lohan’s Los Angeles home was overrun by police on Friday after her father, Michael Lohan, attempted to stage a dramatic intervention.
Michael Lohan turned up at his daughter’s Beverly Hills home, believing the actress had suffered a relapse in her sobriety, according to TMZ.
The website claims the 52-year-old patriarch, who is estranged from his daughter, led a group of “several others” to the property in an attempt to force Lindsay into treatment.
A call was placed to Beverly Hills Police Department to report a trespassing.
Before leaving the property, Michael Lohan told the website his concerns for Lindsay grew after she failed to show up to carry out post-production work on her upcoming movie, The Canyons.
Lindsay Lohan told reporters at the scene: “Lindsay needs help. She’s around all the wrong people.
“They are a bunch of alcoholics and drug addicts.
“She’s around the wrong people and it’s getting worse and worse.
“I’m not going to stand for this anymore. She has to get better. I’m not going to watch my daughter die.”
Michael Lohan suggested his daughter’s “whole team”, referring to her army of managers, agents and publicists – supported his actions.
He also claimed Lindsay Lohan was “very resistant” to getting the help he claims she needs.
Michael Lohan said he only wanted to “talk some sense into her and get her some help”, adding, “that’s all we want. We want the best for her”.
But Lindsay Lohan has reportedly hit back at the claims, telling TMZ that she does not have a problem and does not require rehab.
The website reports she has not relapsed and believes Michael Lohan is trying to stage an intervention in reaction to her cutting him off after he recorded a conversation with her.

The incident comes after writer Bret Easton Ellis accused the actress of skipping out on work for the movie The Canyons on Thursday.
Referencing his American Psycho character, Bret Easton Ellis, who penned the script, tweeted: “Patrick Bateman has just headed over to Lindsay Lohan’s hotel to confront her as to why she missed her f***ing ADR on <<The Canyons>> today…”
ADR is the technical term given to overdubbing lines after a scene has been recorded.
Lindsay’s spokesman, Steve Honig, rebutted the claims the actress missed work.
“Lindsay is busy right now promoting her new film Liz & Dick and [Canyons work] had to be rescheduled. That’s it,” he said in a statement.
Michael Lohan brushed off the explanation, saying the real reason was she was “around the wrong people doing the wrong things”.
He seemed to foreshadow his actions in a recent email he sent to the New York Post, in which he angrily derided the people his daughter has surrounded herself with.
Michael Lohan wrote: “I am very upset with the crowd around Lindsay. My advice to ALL the negative influences in Lindsay and my other children’s lives is, this time, you have crossed the line and bitten off a lot more than you can chew!

Christian LaBella was accused of harassment after allegedly getting in a tussle with Lindsay Lohan at the W Hotel in Manhattan’s Union Square, when he is said to have punched her after she demanded he delete cellphone photos of her.
But he will not face any criminal charges, to the fury of the actress, who apparently regards the fact that Christian LaBella has escaped punishment as “distressing and outrageous”.
The 26-year-old actress was involved in an altercation with Christian LaBella after meeting him at a nightclub before bringing him back to her room where a group of her friends was present, according to NBC News 4.
An argument between Lindsay Lohan and Christian LaBella is believed to have stemmed over photos he took of the actress on his mobile phone while at the hotel.
Lindsay Lohan’s publicist Steve Honig issued a statement later on Sunday confirming: “Lindsay was assaulted early this morning in a New York hotel.
“While she did sustain some injuries, she was not hospitalized.
“The assailant was arrested and is currently in police custody. Lindsay has spoken with police and is fully cooperating with the investigation.”
Law enforcement officials interviewed both Lindsay Lohan and Christian LaBella and determined the accusations against him could not be substantiated. They said his arrest would be voided.
An NYPD spokesman said that both parties have filed harassment claims against each other.
Christian LaBella has his own connections to the famous and powerful – his aunt is comedian Heather McDonald, and he is employed as a staffer for Illinois GOP congressman John Shimkus.
On his Facebook page, he has posted images of himself posing with high-profile figures such as Mitt Romney’s running mate Paul Ryan and former presidential candidate Herman Cain.

According to TMZ, Lindsay Lohan claims he had taken over 50 photos and video of her before the incident.
John Shimkus confirmed that Christian LaBella worked for him, but condemned the alleged assault.
A spokesman said: “Obviously, the Congressman does not condone his actions.”
Lindsay Lohan’s mother Dina told the Daily News that her daughter was “very shaken up” after the encounter, adding: “Thank God he didn’t have a weapon.”
The star’s publicist Steve Honig expressed her anger at learning her alleged attacker had not been charged, saying: “We think it’s both distressing and outrageous. Lindsay was assaulted and there needs to be a consequence for that.”

Lindsay Lohan, 26, was preparing to park her Porsche Cayenne at the Dream Hotel in Manhattan at 12:30 a.m. when she allegedly hit the knee of Jose Rodriguez.
One of Lindsay Lohan’s passengers got out and checked her vehicle for damage, and then the group continued into the hotel to attend an event it was reported.
When Lindsay Lohan emerged from the venue at 2:30 a.m., police were waiting for her and she was arrested.
The actress was booked for the misdemeanour offence of leaving the scene of an accident and released with a desk appearance ticket – meaning she did not have to pay bail before her release.

Though the offence is a misdemeanour, it could trigger a probation violation in her 2011 jewellery theft case as one of the conditions of probation is that she obeys all laws.
Lindsay Lohan is allegedly describing the incident as “really fishy”. And believes she is the victim of a “set up” and plans to fight the claims.
Fortunately, Lindsay Lohan may have back-up in the guise of a surveillance video, which TMZ are reporting “shows the guy… is grossly exaggerating”.
The video is said to show LiLo driving down a ramp as she entered the hotel, with the alleged victim walking in the pedestrian path – an area the actress had to cross to get into the building.
TMZ state her car was “traveling at a crawl” and it is “unclear” if it makes contact with the man.
However, once she has driven off, the video sees the pedestrian in question “sprinting after her”.
When Lindsay Lohan emerges from her car, she “doesn’t seem flustered or aware’ she may have hit someone”.
Notoriously outspoken father Michael Lohan has waged in on the debacle, to stand by his daughter.
Adamant she was sober at the time of the incident, he told Radar Online: “I am happy that she is away from other people and was NOT drinking last night.
“[I am] so happy that Lindsay had confidence in me. I love her; I will always be there for her.”
A source told Radar Online that LiLo told police to call her father when they arrived at the scene.
This is not the first time the actress had been involved in a car crash.
In June of this year Lindsay Lohan smashed up another Porsche after claiming she was cut up by a truck.
The actress later blamed the manufacturing of the vehicle but tests carried out after the crash found the breaks were working fine.
In May of 2007, Lindsay Lohan was arrested on suspicion of drinking under the influence and this led to her heading for rehab for 45 days.
In July of that year, Lindsay Lohan refused to take a sobriety test and was taken to a police station where her blood alcohol level was over the limit. She also had some cocaine in her pocket.
Lindsay Lohan, who spent 23 days in jail after violating her probation agreement following a DUI, took to her Twitter page recently to blast law enforcement officers for not doing more to stop actress Amanda Bynes who was caught driving with a suspended licence recently.
She tweeted: “Why did I get put in jail and a nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far?”
Just last month, Lindsay Lohan was investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department over the purported theft of $100,000 worth of luxury items from the home of her multimillionaire friend Sam Magid.
The L.A. County District Attorney dropped burglary charges due to “insufficient evidence”.
After being charged with misdemeanor theft and probation violation in February 2011 following the shoplifting of a necklace from a Venice Beach store, Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 120 days in jail and 480 hours of community service.
In addition, the actress was also ordered to remain under supervision whilst completing all of her community service.
She pleaded no contest in court, and was put under house arrest complete with ankle bracelet monitor due to jail overcrowding.
Lindsay Lohan was then later sentenced to 30 days in jail and 400 hours of community service in November, after she was found guilty of violating her probation because she failed to perform her community service at a Los Angeles morgue.
She entered jail on November 7, 2011, but was released after just under five hours, again due to overcrowding.
The actress finally ended her supervised probation in March this year after fulfilling all of her community service and therapy requirements.

The letter continues: “As we have made repeated attempts to resolve this pressing matter over the last few weeks without any resolution, I regret to inform you that we will no longer be able to extend any further credit for you to remain in the hotel.
“Please have all of your belongings removed from Suite 33 by 12:00PM, Wednesday, August, 1, 2012.”
Not only was Lindsay Lohan told that she would have to leave her suite at the hotel, she was also told that she could no longer use the facilities or eat in the popular restaurant.
“Furthermore, until we get the matter of your outstanding debt paid, know that we will be unable to host you on property or in the restaurant.”
To perhaps coax Lindsay Lohan into paying her colossal bill, manager Philip Pavel even dismissed charges for rental use of a computer that Lindsay had been using.
“In regard to your bill, please note that I have adjusted off the daily $75 charge for computer rental for use of the hotel’s laptop as a gesture of good faith, with the understanding that you will return the computer upon your departure tomorrow.”

According to TMZ, medical officers arrived at the scene after Lindsay Lohan called the Liz & Dick production team this morning and complained about feeling unwell.
A private doctor was then called and before the doctor arrived at the premises they asked the hotel to check on the actress.
When a member of hotel staff knocked on her door and she did not rouse, 911 was called by a member of the Liz & Dick production team.
When paramedics arrived on the scene, they reportedly determined that the star was “ok”.
Apparently Lindsay Lohan has been filming for two days in a row with very little sleep and decided to stay at the hotel in order to get some much-needed rest.
Her representative, Steve Honig, told E! News yesterday: “Lindsay has been working a grueling schedule for the last couple of days.
“Last night she worked from 7 p.m. to 8 a.m. She was exhausted and went back to her room to sleep.
“Producers were apparently concerned and called the fire department and paramedics found her sleeping but determined that she was fine, just extremely exhausted and slightly dehydrated.
“She is on her way home now to rest and will be back on set later today.”
He added that no drugs or alcohol were involved in the incident.

The accident happened after Lindsay Lohan ran into the back of a heavy goods vehicle in Los Angeles this morning while driving to a movie set.
Lindsay Lohan, 25, was taken to hospital as a precaution, but was later released after a check-up revealed she was uninjured.
Luckily for the actress she will not be left with a massive repair bill as she was renting the high-end black Porsche sports car.
Lindsay Lohan, who is currently shooting her movie return as the late screen icon Elizabeth Taylor in Liz & Dick, was driving the car on Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica when she hit the big rig, and according to TMZ she is claiming she was cut off by the 18-wheeler.
According to police, detectives are still trying to determine the cause of the crash, but they said there was no immediate evidence of wrongdoing.
They confirmed the actress was behind the wheel but showed no signs of intoxication.
Her spokesman Steve Honig said: “Lindsay was involved in an automobile accident today on her way to the set.
“She was brought to Santa Monica UCLA hospital as a precaution.
“She is fine and was released less than two hours later and is already headed back to the set to resume work.
“Fortunately, no one was seriously injured in the accident.”

She has been on probation since a 2007 conviction for driving under the influence, and since then was convicted of shoplifting. She is currently on probation for both offenses.
Lindsay Lohan recently pulled out of negotiations to star in a biopic about mobster John Gotti, with publicist Steve Honig confirming no agreement could be made.
He said: “I can confirm that Lindsay has not signed on to be a part of the John Gotti movie, nor is she in talks to join the cast.
“It does not look like an agreement can be made. Lindsay’s representatives and film producers were unable to come to an agreement.
“Lindsay has the utmost respect for Barry Levinson [the director of the movie] and the producers and hopes to work with them in the future and wishes them all the best.”
