Lamb of God frontman Randy Blythe has been acquitted by a Czech court of causing the death of a fan at a concert in Prague in 2010.
“I have been found not guilty,” Randy Blythe revealed on an Instagram.
He added: “I am a free man.”
Randy Blythe, 42, was accused of manslaughter after he pushed Daniel Nosek, 19, off the stage.
Daniel Nosek injured his head when he fell and died weeks later.
The presiding judge ruled his actions had not constituted a crime.

However, prosecutors have lodged an appeal.
They are seeking a prison sentence of five years for randy Blythe, who was arrested at Prague airport in June as the band returned for another gig.
Randy Blythe, who was subsequently bailed, said he had only learned about the fan’s death, and the resulting prosecution, when he was arrested.
In his latest posting, Randy Blythe asked fans to “please remember the family of Daniel Nosek in your thoughts and prayers in this difficult time”.
Randy Blythe’s Virginia-based metal band Lamb of God were formed in 1990 and received Grammy nominations in 2007 and 2011.

Randy Blythe, 41, is accused of pushing the fan off stage during the show in the Czech Republic, who later died of a head injury.
The singer was charged with causing bodily harm resulting in death on Friday.
Lamb of God’s manager Larry Mazer said Randy Blythe will “fight vigorously” against the charges.
The court in Prague has three months to set a trial date or return the case to prosecutors for further investigation.
The singer faces five to 10 years in prison if convicted.
Randy Blythe has previously said that he intends to go to Prague to defend himself at a trial.

In the statement reported by metal website The PRP, manager Larry Mazer said: “While it is a tragedy that a Lamb of God fan died following a performance by the group, in no way do I feel that Randy did anything improper that led to the young man’s injuries and subsequent death.”
He continued: “The price of a ticket to a show does not entitle audience members access to a band’s stage.”
Larry Mazer said he felt Randy Blythe had “responded professionally” to numerous fans rushing the stage.
“We have testimony from the venue operator that acknowledges lax security and an improper barricade being used that evening,” he added.
The fan hit his head when he fell to the concrete floor and died of his injuries 14 days later.
Randy Blythe spent five weeks in the custody of Czech authorities before being released on bail in August. He has been in the US since then.
He was arrested when the band flew into Prague to play a gig, apparently unaware that there was an outstanding warrant for the singer’s arrest.
Virginia-based Lamb of God, who received Grammy nominations in 2007 and 2011, played at the Download festival at Donington Park in the UK in June.

In a statement Randy Blythe said: “While I maintain my innocence 100%, and will do so steadfastly, I will NOT hide in the United States, safe from extradition and possible prosecution.”
Randy Blythe added that he sympathized with the family of the fan, to whom he referred as Daniel N, who had suffered “the indescribably tragic loss of their child”.
“I am a man,” he continued.
“I was raised to face my problems head on, not run from them like a petulant child.
“I feel VERY STRONGLY that as an adult, it would be both irresponsible and immoral for me not to return to Prague if I am summoned.”
Randy Blythe also thanked his supporters after being released on bail of 8 million Czech koruna.
The prosecution had requested that he be banned from leaving the country.

Randy Blythe’s arrest stems back to the death of a fan who attempted to climb on stage during a concert at Prague’s club Abaton on 24 May 2010.
According to reports, the fan had repeatedly tried to climb onto the stage before allegedly being pushed by Randy Blythe and hitting the concrete floor.
He died 14 days later of his injuries, said Czech TV station TV Nova.
A post-mortem examination reportedly found that he had not been drunk or under the influence of drugs.
Lamb of God formed in Virginia in 1990 and, in 2007, received a Grammy nomination for their album Sacrament.
