The yoga instructor proudly shared their baby news on Twitter, writing: “We are overjoyed to announce the birth of our daughter Carmen Gabriela. She is absolutely perfect.”
Alec Baldwin, 55, was early spotted arriving the hospital carrying several heavy bags ahead of the birth.
His daughter Ireland, from his marriage to Kim Basinger, also took to Twitter to share her joy.

Then she added: “I was born October 23. Carmen was born Friday, August 23.”
Hilaria Baldwin previously revealed plans for a natural childbirth, although she admitted she could choose an epidural if the pain got too bad.
She said: “Right now, I want to do it naturally. That’s not to say there’s something wrong with the epidural, but that’s the way I was raised – I’m a pretty natural person. But if it does get to the point where I am screaming for the epidural, I have no problems with that. We’ll see where it goes.”

Before settling on Carmen, Hilaria Baldwin said she wanted a name that reflected the child’s American and Spanish heritage.

She also re-tweeted a “cute” Us Weekly article about herself, which saw her throwing a baby show for “Military moms-to-be”.
At one point, Hilaria Baldwin directed a magazine to get in touch with her publicist.
She also claimed she didn’t have her cell with her, tweeting: “FYI I don’t believe in bringing phones into a funeral and I never did and I never would.”
Sources close to Hilaria Baldwin insist to that the couple left the ceremony early through a side exit because she was feeling “faint” in the heat and she tweeted from her car on the way home. It’s unclear exactly how long they stayed.
