President Barack Obama and his family will host the 137th annual White House Easter Egg Roll on Monday, April 6, 2015.

According to the White House’s website, this year’s theme is #GimmeFive, and more than 35,000 people will gather on the South Lawn to join in the celebrations.White House Easter Egg Roll 2015

The event will feature sports and fitness zones, cooking demonstrations, and Easter classics such as the egg roll and egg hunt, live music and storytelling.

The day’s activities will encourage children to lead healthy, active lives in support of Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move! initiative.

Tickets for the White House Easter Egg Roll were provided free of charge and were distributed via an online lottery hosted on www.recreation.gov.

Honey Boo Boo was determined to track down some chocolate at an Easter egg hunt on Friday in McIntyre, Georgia as she came prepared with a flashlight and an empty basket.

Honey Boo Boo, 8, patiently waited for the hunt to start, looking more subdued than usual as she chose to keep to herself rather than interact with those around her.

The hunt appeared to be another Girl Scout event, as Honey Boo Boo and other attendees wore neon green T-shirts printed with the group’s logo.

Honey Boo Boo had on black sequined UGG-style boots and tied her blonde hair into a cute ponytail using orange ribbon.

As always, Honey Boo Boo was supported by her family members, including her Mama June and sister Lauryn Shannon.
