Recent pictures appear to show Macaulay Culkin in anything but good health, as he feels the urge to be sick in public.
Macaulay Culkin was pictured looking pale and nauseous outside Chateau Marmont on Friday, in the first pictures of the 31-year-old since he denied claims in the National Enquirer that the former child star is “hooked on heroin”.
Macaulay Culkin, who now works as a DJ, was seen wearing grey jeans and a plait shirt.
The actor wore an unbuttoned black jacket and hid beneath a pair of shades, accessorizing with orange nail polish and a sprinkling of gold rings.
His blonde hair was flicked back and his stubble was growing out into a beard and moustache.
Macaulay Culkin was seen clutching his stomach as he looked ready to throw-up.
As Macaulay Culkin moved towards the bush, he leaned his head over the greenery and despite initially looking overwhelmed by the need to be sick, he just spat and cleared his mouth out instead.
After his momentary indiscretion, he walked to a friend’s car while puffing on a cigarette.
Macaulay Culkin has been plagued by rumors recently that he is on a downward spiral of drug addiction and has just “six months to live”.
The actor is rumored to be struggling against heroin addiction and addiction to painkillers.
His spokesperson was forced to deny claims published by the National Enquirer last week that the Uncle Buck star has a $6,000-a-month drug habit.
His representatives branded the tabloid article “ridiculously fictitious” and “insulting”.
The allegations said Macaulay Culkin regularly shoots up heroin and addictive painkiller oxycodone (dubbed hillbilly heroin).
The report went on to claim Macaulay Culkin turned his Manhattan apartment into a drug den.
The National Enquirer claims Macaulay Culkin’s alleged drug use intensified 18 months ago – around the time he split from long-term girlfriend Mila Kunis, who is now dating Ashton Kutcher.
The National Enquirer is firmly standing by its story that Macaulay Culkin is hooked on heroin and highly addictive painkillers.
The tabloid has posted a statement on its website, urging Macaulay Culkin, 31, to seek urgent professional help – and challenged him to take a blood test.
It comes after his representatives strenuously denied the magazine’s report on Wednesday – which features on the cover under the headline: “Macaulay Culkin addicted to heroin: 6 months to live.”
The Enquirer posted a statement on its website yesterday, reading: “Should Macaulay’s representatives continue to deny The ENQUIRER’s accurate and detailed report, we are ready to offer him the opportunity to take a blood test administered by an independent medical lab.”
It adds: “Our advice to Macaulay is to seek professional help to avoid the same tragic fate of other beloved celebrities, including Whitney Houston who died earlier this year.”

The Enquirer‘s statement also refers to Macaulay Culkin’s friend Elijah Rosello, who died in March aged 24 from a heroin overdose.
In the article, the magazine alleges Macaulay Culkin and Elijah Rosello used to do drugs together – and repeats this again in today’s statement.
It went on: “We believe that the former child star should be doing everything he can to get the treatment he so desperately needs – and which could have saved the life of his friend Elijah Rosello.
“Her family confirmed to The ENQUIRER that she did drugs with Macaulay before her drug-related death in March.”
On Wednesday, Macaulay Culkin’s spokeswoman Michelle Bega branded the article – which claimed the actor has a $6,000-a-month drug habit – as “ridiculously fictitious” and “insulting”.
The magazine alleged Macaulay Culkin regularly shoots up heroin and the highly addictive painkiller oxycodone – dubbed hillbilly heroin.
The article went on to say the former child star turned his Manhattan apartment into a drug den where he gets high either by himself or with friends.
Responding to the allegations earlier this week, Michelle Bega said: “The report in the National Enquirer that Macaulay Culkin is addicted to heroin and assorted hallucinogenics is not only categorically without merit, but it is also impossibly and ridiculously fictitious.”
She added that the story was “destructive and insulting”, to her client.
The Enquirer says Macaulay Culkin’s drug use intensified 18 months ago – around the time he split from long-term girlfriend Mila Kunis, who is now dating Ashton Kutcher.
A source told the publication: “Macaulay Culkin is hooked on drugs and it’s killing him.
“He’s been hooked for a year and a half, and his drug of choice is either heroin or oxycodone.
“Mac is surrounding himself with junkies and lowlifes. It’s a real tragedy.”
The source – described by the Enquirer as a “close friend” – also claimed Macaulay Culkin has had a close brush with death in the past year and almost overdosed.
“Mac suffered a near overdose, and needed help,” the insider said.
“Fortunately he didn’t need to call 911 and the near-OD was kept quiet among his pals. But Mac got very sick.”
In February, pictures of Macaulay Culkin looking emaciated and shockingly thin made headlines.
At the time his representatives strenuously denied the actor was addicted to prescription drugs or heroin amid reports the 5-foot-7 star’s weight had dropped to 104 lbs.
Macaulay Culkin is best known for his roles as cheeky Kevin McCallister in the 1990 film Home Alone and the 1992 sequel, Home Alone: Lost In New York.
He also starred in the likes of Uncle Buck, My Girl and Richie Rich.
But his adult career has failed to match the blockbuster success of his childhood days.
In 2003 he played a drug-addled club hopper alongside Seth Green in Party Monster, while his last film role was in 2007 in the Indie flick Sex And Breakfast.
These days he earns a living DJ-ing at clubs around New York.
Macaulay Culkin’s half sister Jennifer Adamson died of a drug overdose in 2000.
In 2004, Macaulay Culkin he was arrested on suspicion of marijuana and two controlled substances – Alprazolam and Clonazepam – eventually pleading guilty to misdemeanor drug offences. He was slapped with three one-year suspended prison terms.

Elijah Rosello died in March aged 24, with a family source telling the publication that she would do drugs with Macaulay Culkin on occasion.
Whitney Houston hid her drug habit from her friends and family in the weeks before her tragic death, claims her pal and entertainment consultant Raffles van Exel.
Whitney Houston – who had a history of substance abuse – was found dead in the bath tub of her hotel room in February after suffering a huge heart attack partly brought on by her cocaine abuse but those close to her thought she had been clean for two years.
Raffles van Exel said: “Whitney was good at hiding her drug habit. I honestly thought she was clean in the two years before she died. Yes, she would have the occasional drink. And I knew she was taking painkillers and the anxiety drug Xanax. But I never suspected she was using hard drugs.
“It really shocked me when I found that out. And actually it made me quite mad because I thought, <<Whitney, you had us all fooled>>. Everyone thought Whitney was in a good place and we never imagined anything like this was going to happen.”

However, Raffles van Exel said Whitney Houston – who had been using cocaine at the time of death – had a premonition she was going to die.
He told the Sunday Mirror newspaper: “But looking back, Whitney seemed to have a premonition about her death. She started carrying a Bible around everywhere she went and would read from it all the time.
“Also, she kept talking about <<leaving>> America. I thought she meant she was going to Switzerland, where she had talked about living, but now I realize she meant she was leaving this world.”
Sir Elton John has revealed he took so much cocaine that is a “miracle” he didn’t end up dying an addict, like Whitney Houston.
As Elton John, 65, confessed if he hadn’t kicked his drug habit in 1990 he would be dead, rumors began circulating that the singer and husband David Furnish could be having another child.
“I’d probably be dead,” Elton John declared.
“I didn’t want to end up like Whitney Houston and I could so easily have ended up like her.”
“It’s a miracle I didn’t because I’m sure I did as much cocaine as she ever did.”
Elton John’s revelations come just six weeks after Whitney Houston was found dead in the bathroom of her Beverly Hills hotel room aged just 48.
Last week, a newly released toxicology report showed Whitney Houston had cocaine in her system when she died.
A spokesman for the Los Angeles County Coroner said the tests revealed Whitney Houston had been a “chronic user”.

Elton John, who married partner David Furnish in 2005, has always been open about his battle with drugs and alcohol.
Rumors began circulating online that the pair is having a second child, they already have one-year-old Zachary, but these are currently unconfirmed.
A source told the Daily Mirror: “The wheels are in motion. David and Elton have never hidden their desire to extend their family, and believe the time is right for another child.
“By the end of this year, or the beginning of next year, there will be a fourth member of the John-Furnish clan.”
Elton John has previously described his old self as a “real mess” and said getting sober and clean in 1990 was his “greatest achievement in life”.
Yesterday during a US television interview, Elton John said his life could have taken a different turn if he hadn’t overcome his addictions.
“I would not be the person I am today. I wouldn’t have Zachary, I wouldn’t have David, I wouldn’t have anything,” said the musician.
Elton John also opened up about how he suffered at the hands of bullies as an adult, and revealed he was the target of physical and mental abuse.
“It was about control and their being able to keep me under their thumb,” Elton John said.
“I was a perfect candidate for it. Even though I was famous and a big deal, it doesn’t matter – it’s who you are underneath that. I was always kind of shy and intimidated.
“One was violent and the other two were mentally violent. They were very important people in my life. They were important in my career and in my personal life.”
Elton John said he felt “scared” by the abuse and was “hit by people, physically”.
The singer did not reveal the identities of his attackers but said the bullying had taken place “in certain relationships that I’ve had”.
“Someone that was close to me and involved with my career,” he added.
Elton John said he was worried that his son Zachary would also become the target of bullies because he does not have a typical family situation.
“I know, by being two same sex parents, that when my boy goes to school he’s probably going to have some people saying <<Er you don’t have a mummy>>,” he said.
Asked how he planned to deal with the situation, Elton John said: “We’ll sit down with him before he goes and say <<listen, if anyone says something mean to you come and tell us and we’ll try and help. Stand up for yourself>>.”
Gushing about the one-year-old, who was born to a surrogate mother on Christmas Day in 2010, Elton John said: “He’s been the greatest joy that I could ever imagine.
“If I’m blue, if I’m down, I just get my iPad out and look at photographs of him and a smile comes across my face. If I’m not with him I cuddle my pillow and pretend it’s him.
“I thought I experienced love when I’d been with David for 18 years, and that’s incredible love, but David will say the same thing – there’s no love until you have a child.”
Elton John said he had been working with Zachary’s godmother, Lady Gaga, on an anti-bullying campaign and was desperate to “nip this in the bud”.
“Too many people have died. Too many young people have committed suicide because they’ve been, you know, frightened of 15 or 16-year-olds,” Elton John said.
“It’s got to be stopped and it can be stopped. But we can only stop it by making people realize the consequences of their actions and punishing them.”
