Kourtney Kardashian confirmed on Thursday that Scott Disick is the biological father of her three-year-old son Mason despite Michael Girgenti’s paternity claims.
And pictures have emerged of Scott Disick which appear to be just after he learned of the paternity results.
Scott Disick, 30, looks relieved as he keeps his head down while leaving a Los Angeles hospital, with Kourtney Kardashian, 34, and Mason following behind him.
Kourtney Kardashian was asked by model Michael Girgenti to allow Mason to undergo the test, after he claimed they slept together while she and Scott Disick were on a break from their relationship in March 2009.
But lab results from tests conducted on August 12 have proved his allegations are false.
As they left the hospital on Thursday, Kourtney Kardashian also appeared to be relieved, looking more relaxed than she has done in recent days as she walked along hand-in-hand with her little boy.
As she confirmed the paternity results on Thursday, Kourtney Kardashian told E! News: “After three-and-a-half years of lies being spread by an individual I met briefly at a photo shoot, I am setting the record straight that Scott is Mason’s father.

“While it saddens me to have to address these ridiculous lies – especially when the truth was never in doubt – this story must be put to rest.”
However, Michael Girgenti appeared to not have accepted the results of the text as conclusive and plans to press ahead with the paternity lawsuit he filed earlier this month.
“We don’t trust the results and believe it could have been fixed,” his spokesperson told Radar.
“Still going to court to fight for court ordered results.”
Michael Girgenti had claimed that he fathered Kourtney Kardashian’s son Mason amid a steamy love affair.
But before taking the case to court, he reportedly wrote an impassioned letter to Kourtney Kardashian urging her to submit to a DNA test.
According to RadarOnline the letter, dated April 23, stated that the 26-year-old male model wished to avoid dragging Kourtney Kardashian and her partner Scott Disick to court.
“My attentions [sic] are not to hurt the family you’ve created with Scott,” Michael Girgenti wrote.
“Please take this final request for a DNA test seriously,” he wrote before taking on a more stern tone: “Because if you don’t, I will be forced to take legal action and sue.”
He continued: “I assure you I don’t take being a father lightly. I will be a great father to Mason.”
Last week, Michael Girgenti filed paperwork at a Los Angeles County Superior Court in a bid to get joint custody of Mason.

It was revealed yesterday that Kourtney Kourtney is facing a lawsuit from Michael Girgenti, who claims he is Mason’s biological father.
Michael Girgenti alleges he had a relationship with Kourtney Kardashian after they met on a photoshoot in August 2008 and has filed paperwork at Los Angeles County Superior Court in a bid to get joint custody of her three-year-old child, Mason.
According to gossip website TMZ.com, Michael Girgenti wants the judge to order DNA tests for Kourtney Kardashian, Mason and her long-term boyfriend Scott Disick, who is father to her daughter Penelope, 13 months.
A hearing has been set for next month.

However, her lawyer told TMZ.com on Friday that Girgenti’s allegations are “absurd”.
“This individual has been selling false and fabricated stories to the tabloids for years about Kourtney Kardashian and her son, Mason. Scott Disick is Mason’s father,” Todd Wilson told the website.
“We have not seen the reported court filing, but we are informed that this individual has been seeking to get paid to publish his ridiculous pleading.
“His claims are absurd and this is simply another shameful attempt to gain publicity and profit from fictional stories about my client.”
Kourtney Kardashian was seen outside her lawyer’s office on Wednesday, no doubt seeking advice over the embarrassing and upsetting lawsuit.
Michael Girgenti claims they had a relationship and as soon as she had given birth to Mason – born on 14 December 2009 – he tried contacting her.
The allegations first came to light in March earlier this year when Michael Girgenti told In Touch magazine: “After [Mason] was born, and I saw photos of him, I began to wonder.
“I would definitely want to acknowledge Mason if he’s my kid – he deserves to know his real father.”
A legal representative for the Kourtney Kardashian previously branded the Chicago native’s allegations “preposterous and an outrageous lie”.

Paris Jackson is also said to be terrified by the prospect of testifying at the ongoing “wrongful death” lawsuit the Jacksons are bringing against concert promoters AEG Live. Michael Jackson was signed to perform a series of gigs which the family argues he was in no fit state to perform. Paris Jackson can expect to be asked about her father’s health and state of mind before he died, and the events of the day he died.
Meanwhile AEG Live claimed it has a further bombshell – it claims to have “irrefutable” proof that Michael Jackson is not the biological father of Prince or Paris, which they wish to bring to court.
Jackson family lawyers argue that the issue is irrelevant, and AEG Live is just seeking to embarrass the family.

British actor Mark Lester, godfather to all Michael Jackson’s kids, has vowed to have DNA tests to prove he is the father of Jacko’s three children, the Sunday People reported.
Mark Lester, 54, believes there is a “good possibility” he is their biological dad.
The former child star, who was Michael Jackson’s best pal for 30 years, donated sperm to the superstar a year before the singer’s first child, Prince Michael, was born.
Now Mark Lester, who has not been allowed to see Prince Michael, 16, Paris, 15, and Blanket, 11, since Michael Jackson’s death in June 2009, has sent them a message: “I’m here, come and visit England, we’ll look after you.”
Speaking exclusively to the Sunday People, Mark Lester said: “After Michael asked me to donate sperm for him I completely forgot about it.
“He was a great dad to them, brought them up and was brilliant with the kids so I just didn’t go there but there is obviously a good possibility (that I could be the biological father).
“I wouldn’t have a DNA test without the children’s permission but when the children come of age, and it’s not far away, and they decide they want me to do it then I will. It is up to them.
“I don’t want to tell them what to do. I just want to reconnect and be the godfather that Michael made me.”

When Michael Jackson flew back to America, they kept a long-distance friendship. The singer often phoned Mark Lester at 3 a.m. for a chat because he couldn’t grasp the different time zones.
Mark Lester, who shot to fame at the age of 8 when he starred in the Lionel Bart film Oliver!, said: “We ended up great friends. Michael had so many people and security around him but had very few people that knew him really closely. I became one of those lucky few.
“Michael lived in a bubble. He barely knew any famous person outside the music world.
“He was once introduced to tennis player Boris Becker in Germany and had no idea who he was.”
In 1991 Mark Lester fathered his first child to first wife Jane. Just two years later another daughter, Harriet, was born and in 1995 he fathered his third daughter, Olivia.
Just months later, Michael Jackson called Mark Lester with an unusual request.
The actor said: “I remember Michael ringing and saying, <<Oh, you don’t have any fertility difficulties do you?>>. He was half joking so I joked, <<Oh, I just look at her and she gets pregnant>>.
“So then in a light-hearted way he said, <<Will you help me out?>>. Initially I thought he wanted me to do something with his ex-wife Debbie Rowe and I was thinking, <<I don’t think so>>.
“Then out of the blue about a year later, he mentioned sperm donation and I agreed.
“Michael set it up for me to turn up to a clinic in Harley Street, London to do it. It was weird.
“I went in a couple of times to donate but we never talked about it ever again.
“It was a really strange request but while Michael was alive I never gave it another thought. I didn’t donate to get something out of it.”
In February 1997, Michael Jackson announced the birth of his first son with Debbie Rowe, Prince Michael.
Paris followed in 1998 and Prince Michael II, also known as Blanket, arrived in 2002.
As the children grew up, a paternity puzzle arose amid speculation Michael Jackson looked different to his three kids.
He and his family vehemently denied claims the children were not his.
Mark Lester, who was made godfather by the superstar to all three kids in 2001, said: “While he was alive, I never ever thought the children were anyone else’s but Michael’s.”
Mark Lester’s children, including son Felix, now 13, became close friends with Michael Jackson’s kids and the two families became almost inseparable, spending school holidays and weekends together. Mark Lester, now a trained osteopath living in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, said: “Every time Michael came to the UK, which was at least six times a year, I used to take my children to see his.
“They always got on really well. Olivia and Harriet would play with Paris.
“We always used to stay at an isolated cottage at the Cliveden House hotel in Berkshire. I even took the kids to his home in the US. We were like one big happy family.”
Just three months after announcing the AEG Live tour at the O2, Michael Jackson, who was reported to be $150 million in debt, was found dead at the age of 50 after overdosing on painkillers and tranquillizers.
His doctor Conrad Murray was later convicted of manslaughter and jailed for four years.
Mark Lester said: “When I heard the news I was devastated. I never saw him take any drugs. I managed to get to America for his memorial service and that was the last time I saw the children.”
Two months after Michael Jackson’s death, his friend Uri Geller mentioned to Mark Lester that he could be the dad.
Mark Lester, who claims he had never previously thought about it, said: “Then I noticed the likenesses in my own children and his.
“My daughter Olivia looks like Paris. People have also pointed out similarities between myself when I was younger and Prince.”
But after hearing the claims, the Jackson family stopped answering Mark Lester’s calls.
Mark Lester said: “I just feel it is really cruel that our relationship has just been cut off. It is not what Michael would have wanted.”
Michael Jackson’s family lawsuit against his concert promoter AEG may soon reveal the biological father of the megastar’s three children after years of speculation.
The suit includes all three of Michael Jackson’s children as well as his mother Katherine and alleges AEG contributed to the star’s death by pushing him to work too hard ahead of This Is It tour and by hiring the doctor responsible for giving him the drugs that killed him.
As part of the trial’s potential award phase, AEG is prepared to present to the court evidence that, despite Michael Jackson’s claims, only one of the children is the King of Pop’s biological child.

And many take as fact the assertion that Blanket’s mother is an unnamed San Diego-area Hispanic woman.
If AEG’s claims are true, though, Paris and Prince could have fathers among an assemblage of men.
Michael Jackson’s former dermatologist Arnold Klein, has said he is the biological father of both Paris and Prince.
Matt Fiddes, a former bodyguard of the megastar, asked for a DNA test to prove that he’s father to Paris shortly after Michael Jackson’s death and former child star Mark Lester has said he, too, may be Paris’s father.
As people take bets on who fathered the older children, no one seems to be refuting AEG’s supposed allegations about Blanket.
“Blanket looks just like him,” a Jackson family member told the New York Post.
“There is no doubt that he is Michael’s.”

This is not the first time the extremely wealthy Kardashian family has been confronted by allegations of paternity.

Their half-sister Kylie Jenner, 15, also recently hit back at reports that her father Bruce Jenner may not be her real father.

Actor Mel Gibson is now at the centre of speculation that he could be the biological father of Jodie Foster’s sons.
The rumors began when Jodie Foster, who has never revealed her boys’ paternity, thanked Mel Gibson, 57, for his support during her emotional speech at the Golden Globe awards last week.
And now the reports have been fuelled after the New York Post credited an “amateur genealogist” for saying Charles, 14, and Kit, 12, bear more than a passing resemblance to Mel Gibson.
According to the New York Post, the genealogist said: “The kids look like Gibson but blonder.”
Jodie Foster and Mel Gibson first became friends when they starred together in 1994 movie Maverick, before working together again on the more recent The Beaver in 2011.
They have formed such a strong friendship that Jodie Foster even name-checked Mel Gibson during her Globes speech, saying: “Mel Gibson – you know you saved me too.”
The camera flashed to Mel Gibson during her speech, and showed the actor wolf-whistling and applauding his friend.
Jodie Foster’s speech wasn’t the first time she has waxed lyrical about Mel Gibson.
In 2011, the actress told the Hollywood Reporter about Mel Gibson: “He’s so incredibly loving and sensitive, he really is.
“He is the most loved actor I have ever worked with on a movie. And he’s not saintly, and he’s got a big mouth, and he’ll do gross things your nephew would do.
“But I knew the minute I met him that I would love him the rest of my life.”

After reading the letter Khloe Kardashian sticks by her decision not to take the test saying: “I don’t need someone to tell me who my family is. I have had the blessing of having two phenomenal fathers. I don’t need a DNA test to prove who my father is.”
Mother and daughter make up and agree to drop the matter and forget about it.
A legal document that emerged today shows Robert Kardashian declared Khloe was his biological daughter.
The document have come to light amid claims from two of Robert Kardashian’s former wives – Jan Ashley and Ellen Pierson – that he told them Khloe was not his.
Radar is reporting today that Ellen Pierson is standing firmly by her story – despite strenuous denials from the Kardashians.
Robert Kardashian submitted a document to a judge in 1999 stating he had four biological children – Kourtney, Kim, Khloe and Rob with former wife Kris.
The businessman filed the declaration when he was trying to get his marriage annulled to second wife Jan Ashley saying he didn’t want to have any children with her.
In the declaration, Robert Kardashian says: “I decided that since I already had four biological children, I did not wish to have any more.”
Yesterday, a furious Khloe Kardashian refuted the claims made by Jan Ashley and Ellen Pierson, branding them “disgusting”.
Today, Khloe’s mother, Kris Jenner – who has admitted to having affairs during her marriage to Robert Kardashian – appeared on Good Morning America to refute claims her daughter was fathered by another man.
Kris Jenner said: “It just gets weirder and weirder. I have never heard such c**p in my life.
“I mean, I was there! I gave birth, I know who the dad was.”
The mother went on: “Everything’s good. We’re all good – don’t worry about it,” before adding that Khloe Kardashian’s lighter hair in comparison to her sisters has been a long-running “family joke” regarding her paternity.
Meanwhile, Ellen Pierson has stood by her claims and spoke to Star magazine again to reiterate her side of the story.
Ellen Pierson insisted she had had many conversations with Robert Kardashian – who she married two months before his death aged 59 in 2003 – and claims he told her he was not Khloe’s biological father.
Jan Ashley – who married Robert Kardashian following his divorce from Kris – told this week’s Star magazine: “Khloe is not his kid – he told me that after we got married.
“He just kind of looked at me and said [it] like it was a matter of fact. He said, <<Well, you know that Khloe’s not really a Kardashian, don’t you?>>”

Yesterday, Khloe Kardashian took to Twitter to respond to the claims by Jan Ashley and Ellen Pierson, posting: “The audacity you have to mention my father’s name like this! Should be ashamed of urself! I let a lot of things slide but this one is really low… YOU ARE DISGUSTING! (yes you know who YOU are).”
While Khloe Kardashian has slammed the allegation she has herself questioned if she was adopted on the family’s reality TV show.
Viewers of Keeping Up With The Kardashians did see her question who her parents were in an episode in 2009.
Khloe Kardashian wanted to prove she was not adopted and tested the maternity of her mother Kris Jenner.
While she proved she was Kris Jenner’s daughter she did not compare her DNA with her siblings to prove conclusively that Robert Kardashian is her biological father.
