Lady Gaga is lending her image to USA Today‘s pages in advance of her new album, ARTPOP.
USA Today says a logo featuring an image of a Lady Gaga statue will appear in Monday’s editions of the newspaper’s “LIFE” section.

The logo was designed in collaboration with the performer and artist Jeff Koons, who designed Lady Gaga’s cover art for ARTPOP, due out Tuesday.
ARTPOP album is Lady Gaga’s third release.
Lady Gaga has sold nearly 9 million albums on her way to becoming one of music’s more colorful figures.
Once again Lady Gaga was out to shock as she stepped out wearing almost identical face paint to what she wears on the cover of her new album ARTPOP.
With a white background splashed with several different colors, Lady Gaga, 27, cut a rather ghostly figure with the aid of her make-up.

The look was further accentuated by Lady Gaga’s very dark brown hair and Gothic all-black attire consisting of a black pleated skirt, matching blouse, blazer and sky high lace-up ankle boots.
The shock tactic was for an appearance on E! as Ryan Seacrest tweeted a picture of himself with Lady Gaga, also wearing similar face paint.
Oddly strolling along sans-entourage, she was no doubt heading back to the Chateau Marmont where she was seen leaving earlier in the day.
For the cover of ARTPOP, Lady Gaga appears as a work of art in the image, taken by Inez Van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin, with her face painted white with splashes of color smeared around her eyes and mouth and her hair covered in a black wrap, as she emerges through a white billowing coat by designer Gareth Pugh.

Lady Gaga announced on Friday that her new single would be released on August 10, with the album/app following on November 11.
Describing the album, the press release said: “The app itself is a musical and visual engineering system that combines music, art, fashion and technology with a new interactive worldwide community <<the auras>>. Altering the human experience with socal media, we bring ARTculture into POP in a reverse Warholian expedition.
“Exploring Gaga’s existence as a cultural interface, the user will share in the <<adrenaline of fame>> as they build and share their own projects, chat with one another and watch in real-time on a virtual globe as ARTPOP explodes into the physical and virtual universe at once on November 11, our <<Big Bang>>.
“On this day, HAUS OF GAGA venges with forte to bring the music industry into a new age, an age where art drives pop and the artist once again is in control of the icon.
“In turn, the album ARTPOP musically mirrors Gaga’s creative process as she passes through the mediums of each artist she collaborates with, scoring a blueprint of her journey. The result, a <<rage>> of electronic passion and fury, defining each artistic process from beginning to end, Artpop could mean anything. But for her, this is a celebration of obsession.”
Lady Gaga’s Facebook posting comes after she has given herself a self-imposed Twitter ban since June 26.
The profile photo and backdrop has been removed and replaced with the standard Twitter egg icon.
However, it is believed Lady Gaga will return to Twitter once her single comes out next month.
