A Calvin Klein billboard featuring reality star and model Kendall Jenner was vandalized by a drone piloted by the graffiti artist KATSU on April 30.
The artist’s drone defaced Kendall Jenner’s huge advertisement in New York by spraying red lines across her face. The crime was recorded as it was taking place and posted on YouTube.
KATSU is known as a prolific artist, vandal and hacker who emerged in New York City in the late 1990s.
Kendall Jenner, 19, who is the newest face of Calvin Klein, only had her billboard installed in downtown New York last week. She even proudly posted an Instagram photo of the massive ad after it went up.
It remains unclear why KATSU targeted Kendall Jenner,
However, KATSU has told publications for some time that he’s wanted to use a drone to spray paint different areas in New York that are, for the most part, unreachable.
