Jay-Z included his own mugshot, Tupac’s, Diddy’s, 50 Cent’s, Robert Downey Jr.’s, Russell Brand’s, and even Justin Bieber’s.
Justin Bieber, 20, was arrested in Miami this past January for drag racing and DUI. He grinned in his mugshot, which was widely circulated.
