Pixie Geldof has cancelled a planned DJ performance at the Coachella Music and Arts Festival in California this weekend following the death of her sister Peaches.

Pixie Geldof has yet to break her silence about the sad loss, but she has pulled out of a Coachella gig on Saturday to mourn Peaches’ sudden passing.

A festival spokesperson said: “We can confirm that Pixie Geldof was scheduled to DJ at The Old Navy Oasis event, but is no longer participating.”

Peaches Geldof, 25, was found dead at her home in Kent, England, on April 7 and initial autopsy results have proved inconclusive. A cause of death is not expected to be determined for several weeks until toxicology results are made available.
