Charlie Sheen and Brett Rossi marriage announcement just a joke

Charlie Sheen took to his Twitter on Sunday to make a surprise announcement, but it turns out he was actually joking about tying the knot with his girlfriend Brett Rossi.

“This is the house ware M Gorbachev R Reagan did some epic,” wrote Charlie Sheen.

“It’s also where S and I GOT MARRIED! c #RumorMilUhPede,” the actor tweeted beside an image of the two seated in front of the former French consulate building in Reykjavik, Iceland. The location is where the 1986 Cold War Summit took place between former President Ronald Regan and Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev.

Charlie Sheen’s rep tells Us Weekly: “He’s kidding around,” adding that fans should “read the hashtag.” Brett Rossi, 24, also took to her Twitter Sunday night to make fun of the buzz surrounding her alleged marriage to Charlie Sheen.

Charlie Sheen, 48, and Brett Rossi first emerged together while on vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico back in November.

The actor has been married and divorced three times before.

Charlie Sheen wed Donna Peele in 1995 in a short-lived one year marriage. He then married actress Denise Richards in 2002, though the two split in 2006.

Two years later, Charlie Sheen married his third wife Brooke Mueller. They divorced in 2011.
