Kris and Bruce Jenner’s $125 million divorce could become Hollywood’s most expensive split
According to a new report, if Kris and Bruce Jenner decide to move forward with a divorce, it could become one of the most expensive splits in Hollywood history.
Kris and Bruce Jenner are now potentially facing a battle over their $125 million fortune.
Bruce Jenner, 64, is legally entitled to a major chunk of the Kardashian empire’s earnings, and RadarOnline.com is reporting that the Jenners’ potential divorce could prove to be one of the priciest in Hollywood history.
“This is going to be a very bitter pill for Kris to swallow because when they divorce is finalized, she’ll have to split half the family fortune with Bruce,” a source with knowledge of the situation revealed to Radar.
When Kris and Bruce Jenner first married in 1991, Bruce was lavishing Kris with the fancy lifestyle she wanted. Since then – more specifically, since the launch of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, as well as the family’s subsequent products and endorsements – Kris Jenner has become the wealthier half of the couple.
Ironically, Kris Jenner forced daughters Kim and Khloe Kardashian to get prenups before marrying Kris Humphries and Lamar Odom, respectively.
Though Kris Jenner says she and Bruce have no plans to divorce right now, not having a prenup will make the process infinitely more difficult, should they decide to move forward.
Though Bruce and Kris Jenner have been separated for months, news of their separation wasn’t officially confirmed until October 9, when they told E! News: “We are living separately and we are much happier this way.”
