Scarlett Johansson’s Los Angeles bachelorette pad has been sold for $470,000.

On June 17, Scarlett Johansson closed her condo for $470,000, according to  Celebuzz.

Though, her move to NYC doesn’t come as a complete surprise.

Scarlett Johansson, 28, has been painting the town red with her French boyfriend of seven month, Romain Dauriac, as of late.

And the decision to change her scenery wasn’t made on a whim, as the place was originally listed in 2010, and removed a couple times until this point.

The property records indicate that the star purchased the pad in 2003 for $372K.

The modernized abode includes one bedroom and two bathrooms, some of its highlights being sparkling hardwood floors and chic marble countertops.

And the condo was perfect for everyday pampering, including a custom-made vanity and spacious bathroom.

Stone and wood-paneled walls also spruce up the bachelorette pad that features amenities such as a large outdoor pool, fitness center, recreational room, and valet service.

Plus, the property as top notch security, with a 24-hour doorman on stand by.

Views include the Hollywood Hills, Los Feliz, the Griffith Observatory, and the Downtown LA skyline.
