Kim Kardashian stepped out of Mr. C restaurant with Brittney Gastineau as boyfriend Kanye West celebrated his 36th birthday in New York.

While Beyonce and Jay-Z were on hand at the party in New York City, Kanye West’s girlfriend of more than one year was noticeably absent – stuck in Los Angeles because she is no longer able to travel by plane ahead of the birth of their first child next month.

Other guests at the low-key bash included Nas, Kourtney Kardashian’s fiancé Scott Disick and Kim Kardashian’s best friend Jonathan Cheban.

Kim Kardashian was stuck in Los Angeles awaiting the birth of their first child due next month and Kanye West was due to appear at the Governor’s Ball on Sunday night.
