Princess Caroline of Monaco visits her first grandson in London
Princess Caroline of Monaco appeared in London today to visit her son Andrea Casiraghi, who last week became a father for the first time.
Andrea Casiraghi, 28, and his fiancée, Colombian heiress and fashion designer Tatiana Santo Domingo, 29, had a son, named Sacha, at London’s Portland Hospital on March 21.
Princess Caroline’s dressed down appearance – accessorized with a cigarette clamped firmly between her lips on which she puffed away hands-free – was a far cry from the glamorous look she showcased a charity ball just last week, when she hosted the opening event of Monaco’s social calendar.
The 56-year-old princess had held a glittering charity event for 900 guests with the theme Belle et Pop that was a tribute to the heyday of Monte Carlo and its glitzy society life.
