Giuliana and Bill Rancic seem intent on spreading their good cheer around, as they tour the chat shows in an attempt to publicize their reality series.

The new parents visited the Today Show and Katie on Tuesday as they prepared for a special episode of their show covering the birth of their son Duke.

Giuliana Rancic, 37, showed off her trim figure in a flattering black and white panel dress as she walked in New York.

She and smartly dressed Bill Rancic each had wide smiles on their face, as they posed together for the cameras.

Their reality show has chronicled the couple’s rocky journey to becoming parents, from their battles with infertility, through Giuliana Rancic’s cancer and their eventual decision to ask a surrogate to carry their child.

Tuesday night’s episode shows the moment the couple finally meet their son Edward Duke, as their surrogate gives birth.

Giuliana Rancic has just returned to TV as a host on E! News following her three-month maternity leave.

She has admitted she cried when she had to leave her baby for the first time to return to work.

“It was hard to leave the little guy I’m not going to kid you,” she told E!

“But… I’m fine. I’m going to do what most moms do. It is hard but hopefully I’m going to bring him in a couple of days of the week. He’s so new. He’s only 11 weeks old.”
