Isabella Cruise, the adopted daughter of Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise, has always kept quiet about her private life – until now.
Isabella Cruise, 19, has revealed she has reunited with her adoptive mother Nicole Kidman.
The artist has not appeared in public with her famous Australian mother for many years but is adamant they don’t have a troubled relationship.
In an interview with New Idea magazine, Isabella rubbished allegations that she does not speak to Nicole Kidman.
Isabella Cruise said: “I love mom. She’s my mom. She’s great. I see her sometimes and I speak to her.”
She added: “We’re a very close family. I love all of our family.”
The new claims are in stark contrast to what Nicole Kidman, who is currently filming The Railway Man, once said about both her adopted children back in 2007.
Nicole Kidman told GMTV: “My kids don’t call me mommy, they don’t even call me mom. They call me Nicole, which I hate and tell them off for it.”
It was also widely reported at the time that Tom Cruise’s current wife Katie Holmes admitted Connor and Isabella called her “Mom” after just two years in their lives.
Katie Holmes said: “His first two children are incredible, really smart and kind. They call me Mom.”
Isabella Cruise decided to stay in her father’s Beverly Hills mansion when her parents divorced in 2001, but she has now moved into a apartment with her boyfriend.
She is rumored to be living in a small apartment with Eddie Frencher in Downtown Los Angeles’ notorious Skid row district.
They are both followers of Scientology and she unashamedly told the magazine: “We are very proud to be Scientologists.”
Isabella Cruise and Eddie Frencher, 23, made their public debut at her brother Connor’s birthday party in January.
They have been dating for some time but kept their relationship under wraps for months.
