Bobbi Kristina Brown will remain on life support throughout this week following a near-drowning incident at her home on January 31.

Amid new reports suggesting Bobbi Kristina is close to death, her dad’s lawyer, Christopher Brown, told People.com that her condition isn’t quite as bleak, insisting rumors the family is planning to take her off life support are “false”.

Meanwhile, officials at the Roswell Police Department in Georgia have confirmed the case involving Bobbi Kristina Brown’s bathtub incident is a criminal investigation.
