Christina Aguilera has revealed her weight loss plan after shedding 30 lbs off her small frame.

In addition to limiting alcohol, Christina Aguilera, 32, now avoids unhealthy favorites like Nate ‘n Al’s restaurant, a place with everything from chocolate chip pancakes to corned beef.

For breakfast, Christina Aguilera starts with blueberries, half an avocado and turkey bacon, an ideal combo of healthy fats and protein.

For a snack, the singer relies on celery with almond butter. For lunch she goes lean, eating chicken breast over a veggie-filled salad. No creamy dressings are added.

Christina Aguilera also loves shrimp cocktail as a healthy snack. For dinner, she loves chicken or fish curry and splurges with a glass of wine.
