LA city code officials responded to complaints by threatening a $376 fine for excess signage.

Lawyer Mark Geragos claims Chris Brown’s neighbours were harassing him and had also called animal control and complained about the star’s parking.
“They are trying to suspend the first amendment,” he said.
The neighbours say they are happy to have him but hope the fine will make him “tone it down and be a better neighbour”.
Patti Negri, president of the Hollywood Dell Civic Association, told the LA Times: “There are lots of babies, lots of children, and they’re literally frightened.
“It’s like devils on the wall – big scary eyes and big scary teeth, and just the whole vibe is not what we’re used to.”
