Honey Boo Boo crowned Miss Trump Hotel New York 2013

Honey Boo Boo was crowned Miss Trump Hotel New York 2013 last week during his visit to the Big Apple.

Though Honey Boo Boo, 7, was not dressed up in her usual pageantry garb, she smiled wide wearing her new, sparkly crown.

With her winning sash across her colorful butterfly shirt, Alana Thompson beamed and stood holding a stuffed piglet toy.

Honey Boo Boo has already garnered plenty of accolades, but with her new title she may have her sights set on something even bigger.

As Donald Trump is both the owner of the hotel and organizer of the Miss Universe pageant, it seems as though Honey Boo Boo would have a slight advantage should she ever want to enter the pageant down the line.

To celebrate her new title, Honey Boo Boo’s mother, June Shannon, took her to FAO Schwarz to shop for toys, which is where Angelina Jolie took her sons on the same day.

Mama June and Honey Boo Boo tested out the giant piano, laughing and jumping around together.
