Kim Kardashian told sister Kourtney she was pregnant in the middle of the night.

Kim Kardashian, 32, called her older sister in a panic, as revealed in the teaser for Sunday’s Kourtney & Kim Take Miami.

“I know you’re mad at me, but can you please get me from Jonathan’s. It’s an emergency,” Kim Kardashian said in the panicked call.

The clip shows Kourtney Kardashian pulling herself from bed and rushing to relieve her sister from friend Jonathan Cheban’s home, putting aside the fight she had with Kim about her decision to hire a P.I. to determine whether Scott Disick was cheating.

Make-up free, Kim Kardashian turns to her sister in the car, knowing that she has to divulge something she’d been keeping secret.

“I have to tell you something, but I don’t want to tell Khloe, but… you’re gonna die,” Kim Kardashian says.

Concerned, sister Kourtney asks what it is.

“I’m pregnant,” Kim Kardashian finally reveals.

After confirming her seriousness, the reality star explains what caused her to call her big sis: “And I have, like, the worst stomach pain ever.”

In the clip, Kim Kardashian is only a month pregnant, a vulnerable time during one’s first trimester.

Aside from telling Kourtney for emergency’s sake, Kim Kardashian reveals that the only other person who knew of her pregnancy at the time was rapper boyfriend Kanye West.
