Camille Grammer tries to get emergency court order against Kelsey Grammer to stop him moving into their house

Camille Grammer is reportedly locked in another legal argument with ex husband Kelsey Grammer after he threatened to move into a home they once shared.

Kelsey Grammer reportedly wants to move back into the Beverly Hills house, although he just brought a new home in the same area.

Camille Grammer “rushed to court”, according to TMZ, to try and get an emergency court order to stop the actor and his family moving in.

A source told the website: “There is an enormous mortgage on the property which is draining both Kelsey and Camille – and they have been trying in vain to unload the property.

“They currently have the house listed $16,000,000, having just lowered it by a million.”

According to sources, Camille Grammer is afraid if Kelsey moves in, the house will be even tougher to sell.

When the property is sold the pair will split the money.
